I’m a fut newbie. When a promo ends, such as toty, can you still receive toty cards in packs just at a lower chance or are they completely taken out of packs?

I agree I need to focus on having fun with the game and maybe improvement will come more easily? I’m too new to really tell if I’ve improved from when I started, but I do feel as though I’ve seen marginal improvements
