I wonder if there was any particular reason they chose to use the outdated 1707-1801 version of the Union flag (that excludes Ireland) lol

How I completed the 500kg order:

Took an additional 500kg stratagem

Took orbital EMP strike

Took stun grenades

Dropped onto bug eradication missions and stunned as many as possible before dropping the bombs, until it was done

Another day, another bullshit fashion/style guide in coolguides...

It would be nice if in the store it actually explicitly said if armour was light/medium/heavy, right? Instead of having to look at the number values and compare to what you're wearing and work it out..

Fantastic Four has proven to be box office poison, I hope she gets paid well...

My understanding is that is non-canon to the Frank Herbert novels, and therefore I'm just not interested.

Is this drawn from the Brian Herbert spinoffs? Or have they just made some shit up à la Rings Of Power?

Well yeah; they'd already adapted the entire novel in series 1, they literally had nothing left.

GNU Terry Pratchett

The ministry buildings are all explicitly described as 300m tall pyramids, though

It's incredible how so many scopes have centres that obscure the target. I thought Arrowhead were supposed to be gun nuts or something? Did no-one notice these crosshairs would be next to useless in real life?

And yet no one calls it centigrade like they're supposed to...

It never ceases to amaze me how people can post things on the internet without taking 2 seconds to use the internet to check whether they're correct first.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Celsius

"The degree Celsius is the unit of temperature on the Celsius temperature scale[1] (originally known as the centigrade scale outside Sweden) [...] It is named after the Swedish astronomer Anders Celsius (1701–1744), who proposed the first version of it in 1742. The unit was called centigrade in several languages (from the Latin centum, which means 100, and gradus, which means steps) for many years. In 1948, the International Committee for Weights and Measures[3] renamed it to honor Celsius and also to remove confusion with the term for one hundredth of a gradian in some languages."

I hate how bug maps either have zero spewers or they have 10,000 sneaking up on you from every direction in complete silence. Total fucking bullshit.

Here's your reminder that Alien Isolation was the recipient of one of the worst fucking reviews of all time: IGN gave it a 5.9 and called it "mediocre".

To this day people are still disliking the YouTube video and commenting on it telling IGN how incredibly wrong they were.

But it's too late now, that review had a huge impact on its sales ten years ago.

Are people seriously not able to discern the difference between "old graphics" and "bad graphics"?

I love Caroline’s stuff, but I would never give her money.

Ditto. I used to be interested in buying her art though because she has real actual artistic talent, when she bothers to show us it. But I sat through all her twitch streams without giving her a penny; I'm certainly not signing up for this.

Using two different coloured highlighter pens does not a representative analysis make.
