Copying google reviews - bad for seo?Help

Hi,

I would like to copy a few good google reviews and to put them on the wordpress site. (I have consent from the authors)

I know there's plugins to display them on the website but I'd rather avoid using plugins to minimize performance stress.

Would copying a review or two word for word be bad for SEO? Would it classify as duplicate content?

Thanks for any info provided.

It depends on the weight mostly. I go on long hikes off trail, 25kg backpack, uneven footing, a lot lf mountainous terrain. Doing that without poles is asking for trouble.

Yea I don't feel comfortable sharing it over doxxing concerns. Thanks a lot for the lead!

Images in image carousel disappearing when moved to top of page.Help Request

Hi,

I have a website on the Blocksy theme and there's a column with two inner columns.

The bottom inner column has a 'image carousel' by 'stackable'. However, in the mobile version of the website I move this inner column to the top so the image carousel is displayed on the very top of the page. But for some reason the images disappear when I do this. It works fine when the image carousel is on the bottom.

I'm at a loss here, any help is greatly appreciated.

Wow!

Thanks a lot! - I looked for the host file and it seems indeed that the 'localwp' program added a line just like you said. I removed it and it works fine now. You're awesome.

Hey, thanks for the reply.

No I haven't imported anything yet.

The hosting provider I'm using has a service that installs a default version of wordpress out of the box. But when I try to reach the website on my browser to access the wp-admin, the browser is still trying to reach the localhost version I had for the site.

I had 'localwp' configured to acces the local website when I put in the url for the production version of my website.

I can acces the default wordpress just fine on other devices.

Browser keeps trying to connect to localhost version of my website.

Hi there,

I made a wordpress website locally on my PC with the program 'localwp'.

It's finished now and when I got the online hosting setup with a pre-installed default wordpress version, my browser keeps on trying to connect to the 'localhost' version of my website. Like I used to do to preview the website.

I can connect to the adress just fine on other devices. I tried clearing cache, using another browser. It keeps giving me a 'This site canโ€™t be reached' error.

Any ideas?

I'm currently checking Sarek out for this Summer. Where did you get dropped? And what helicopter service did you use? Thanks a lot for any info you could provide.

A norseman lecturing a western european about being marauded. Thats rich. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜‰ After 1200 years it was time to return the favor.

It was very derelict. Rotten floor boards and the roof was partly caved in sadly.
