I am simply disagree with the assumptions you asserted in the previous comment. The real life numbers shown are very close to the theoretical one given random distribution, which makes me think that the bits are sufficiently randomly selected that the spirit of the question and the odds are the same thing. There are no grounds to assume that 1 in 100 is missing a piece, considering this is albeit small sample size set is missing 15 pieces when purple is included.

The odds of one of the sets missing a piece is probably 100%, purple is missing square, elipse, heart, star, triangle, hexagram, dark green is missing heart, romb, circle, pink is missing heart, orange is missing elipse, hexagram, yellow is missing elipse, blue is missing square, light green is missing square. Red is the only color that is complete. Purple is an outlier as it is probably artificially scarse, so removing it you have 56 different combinations left. Of these 9 are missing or roughly 16%.

Yeah, and the winters in Finland take care of the homeless anyway, you don't have homeless people there in the same sense you have in the LA. I was talking to a homeless guy in Santa Monica and he said he had family that offered to take him in in Michigan, but that he would rather be homeless on the beach in LA. You don't solve that kind of homelessness by just offering more housing, because that will just lead to more people coming and more people becoming homeless.

It is even worse, the reason they stay is because bluey left the coin in the machine. How many kids will think there was something they could have done but didn't managed to make them stay. But maybe I am overthrowing it.
