There is absolutely oat milk in Italy. Oatly and other brands are everywhere. If you want an ice coffee Starbucks style, you can look for specialty coffee shops near you. If you are in a very small town, you may be out of luck, but larger towns and cities should have a specialty shop or two.

But it’s inferred that there was a length of time when there were doorways, but no doors.

It’s required by law

So in Australia, minimum wages include penalty rates for staff working Sundays or public holidays. For hospitality, it’s something like double time on Sundays and 250% on public holidays. So that’s all your staff making double or double and a half.

It’s standard for restaurants to charge the 10 or 15 percent. If you do the math, that surcharge won’t even cover the extra wages you need to pay. Many places don’t open on these days, but the ones that do are good and busy- otherwise there would be no point.

I can’t help you with a store, but have you considered collecting them yourself?

If you have a car you can go to monte senario, about 30 min away, and gather some yourself.

Melaleuca is a genus of tree which includes paperbark, which we love and which reminds us of where we used to live in northern Australia. We also just like the name!

We will have 250g for you tomorrow morning, John. See you then!

Hi. I own melaleuca bakery and bistrot. We have fresh whole, organic cranberries. Not frozen, not canned. We are open from 8:00am- 16:00. Pop by or ring us to reserve. We are also doing the whole dinner, eat in or take away.

You can totally use polenta to make corn bread. We do it here too ;)

“Turn regret to re-great!” I think it could work. Good luck to you!

Absolutely. You can call the shop directly to book.

Your welcome! We love doing it!

Hey, I’m American and the owner/chef at melaleuca bakery + bistrot. We do thanksgiving every year and tasty house made pies :)

Par cook your bacon and flash fry them on pick up, just to reheat. Do you have space and budget for a little more equipment, for instance and induction hob or two? A Bain marie? If you have an oven and bain marie, you can oven roast your tomatoes and hold in the Bain marie. Same with sausages, precook and hold, same with mushrooms, at least for anticipated rush periods. Even just a little at a time during lulls. How do you toast your bread? Is it a slot toaster or a toaster/grill where the toast sits flat? If the latter, you could reheat your hash browns that way.

The old location on via del corso closed and reopened in piazza del grano.

Coin. It’s a large department store in the center. Just look up Coin Firenze in Google maps.

Oh yeah, heard about you 😂 j/k Our baristas love to talk shop. Thanks for coming!

Hey thank you so much for saying so! We have a lot of talented staff, front and back, that make it all happen.
