Sorry for the delayed review, had been off Reddit for a little bit

Review of your app's ASO:

  1. App title: Not using title character limit well (only used 19 out of 30 characters limit). Also, is "destination shuttle" the right name? You should use a good ASO tool to find relevant keywords which are rankable especially at early stages (with low difficulty scores) to improve your chances of being visible
  2. Subtitle: similar to title, not using character limit well. Use a good ASO tool to measure traffic and difficulty and ensure you only keep keywords with decent metrics (and those which you are able to rank for) since your app is new. Try not to repeat words to maximize character limit
  3. General suggestion: Try to mention which country your app is built for in the title or subtitle - right now I'm not sure if this is a global app or meant for a specific country
  4. App icon: I think there is room for improvement here, it's a good start but also not the most clear depiction of what your app does (again there's also room to inform which country it is for, maybe a little flag inside the icon may help but check the app store guidelines once if this is allowed). Try to look at your competitors apps and observe their icons, they will give you good design inspiration
  5. Screenshots: very clean and minimal, I like them! Your app also looks very well designed

Review of your app's ASO:

  1. App title: "YouAsk" is a brand keyword - consider replacing it with relevant app related keywords since no one would search your app through its brand name at this stage (and keep YouAsk in the screenshots/description; also remember to rename your app binary when you change this). I also looked up the top app rankings for "video summarizer" (in US) from my ASO tool GrowASO and your app is not in the Top 20 because there are many more apps ranking above you (likely because they have more downloads and reviews). Try to grow your downloads and in the meantime also use a good ASO tool to find relevant keywords which are rankable especially at early stages (with low difficulty scores) to improve your chances of being visible
  2. Subtitle: utilizes character limit well but has "AI" repeated - similar to title, use a good ASO tool to measure traffic and difficulty and ensure you only keep keywords with decent metrics (and those which you are able to rank for) since your app is new. Try not to repeat words to maximize character limit
  3. App icon: I think there is room for improvement here, it's a good start but also not the most clear depiction of what your app does. Try to look at the apps ranking above you for your main keywords and observe their icons, they are generally more clearly communicating their app's function
  4. Screenshots: too cluttered with a lot of text, consider making it cleaner. Currently it looks extremely full of text and distracts the user from its main use

It could help because the current rankings make it look like some apps which are not as popular as yours still rank above you (their first keyword is "Calisthenics" directly). It's worth trying. Also of course there are other factors like your app listing conversion rate which you need to see, it's also a factor for app rankings

Review of your app's ASO:

  1. App title: utilizes space well, but not ranking in Top 10 for your main keywords, e.g. "calisthenics" US ranking for your app is #15, even "calisthenics workouts" is #17 - consider getting rid of the "Simple" at the start and make them appear first if these are the two main ones you want to go for and then monitor the rankings. "Simple" replacement - do some research with good ASO tools, find a keyword with decent traffic & difficulty estimates
  2. Subtitle: same feedback as title, the principles of ASO like limit usage are good but you're not ranking for these keywords, so need to experiment with new keywords
  3. App icon: I feel there is room for improvement here, try making it clearer/more direct to understand what your app does through just the app icon, take a leaf out of your competitor's icons
  4. Screenshots: great, clean design. I think you are good here - but always room to experiment more :)

Review of your app's ASO:

  1. App title: "BodyPeak" is a brand keyword - consider replacing it with a relevant app related keywords since no one would search your app through its brand name at this stage (and keep BodyPeak in the screenshots/description; also remember to rename your app binary when you change this). I also looked up the top app rankings for "weight lifting" (in US) from my tool and your app is not in the Top 30 because it is a very difficult keyword to rank for (other apps are very popular). Use a good ASO tool to find relevant keywords which are rankable especially at early stages to improve your chances of being visible
  2. Subtitle: utilizes character limit well and explains the use case but (similar to title) - use a good ASO tool to measure traffic and difficulty and ensure you only keep keywords with decent metrics (and those which you are able to rank for) since your app is new
  3. App icon: interesting app icon, maybe it is okay for now but in the future try to experiment with more designs, when I saw it I felt it might feel a bit unrealistic, but depends on your true target audience whether they prefer it or not
  4. Screenshots: good clean design but consider slightly reducing the font of screenshots 2 onwards, it appears a bit "cut out" from the screen

I think this is relevant - I saw the same with my product, people don't subscribe easily if the free tier is very generous. When I nuked it, 4 people paid within a week

I saw the Email Emu website, I think it's a great idea but the kind of people you're targeting might think it's too cheap hence not good enough. I'm guessing your target audience is probably atleast small-mid enterprises? For them $5/mo would sound too low, wonder if this also downplays the product value

Try making it an yearly subscription and reducing the free tier's features and experiment!

Also some feedback - when I was trying to signup, it showed me the "weak password" error even under the name and email fields and 'where did you hear about us' fields :)

Lunch Club isn't to find cofounders - it's also for networking

But the overall concept remains the same, add a similar feature to make life easier for those looking for cofounders

Oh that's interesting - I look forward to seeing you try it

Still early for measuring impact, only got most paid users this week 🙂

Sort of, mostly paid now after the nuke. It offers very little free features for users to see how the experience looks like

Review of your app's ASO:

  1. App title: not utilizing potential well, "bussin" is a brand keyword - consider replacing it with relevant app related keywords since no one would search your app through uts brand name. Research relevant keywords from a good ASO tool to measure traffic and difficulty and use such keywords.
  2. Subtitle: better as it utilizes space well and explains the use case but use a good ASO tool to measure traffic and difficulty and ensure you only keep keywords with decent metrics (and those which you rank for), same applies for app title also
  3. App icon: unclear what the app does, research your competitors to find ideas for relevant app icons which better denote your app's functionality
  4. Screenshots: good clean design but considering increasing the overall device & app screenshot size to make it more easily visible on a small screen

Review of your app's ASO:

  1. App title: not utilizing potential well, and "social lock" is vague, do people search this or "social media lock"? Consider researching relevant keywords from a good ASO tool to measure traffic and difficulty and use such keywords. Also check if "barrier" should be there, I wonder if people are really searching for it
  2. Subtitle: very underoptimized and vague - increase productivity is possible through many ways but why should I download your app as a user, use a good ASO tool to measure traffic and difficulty and use descriptive keywords instead of the current subtitle
  3. App icon: unclear what the app does, research your competitors apps and see what could be a relevant app icon which clearly denotes your app's use case
  4. Screenshots: better explanation of the app, clean layout, consider making the device screenshot cleaner by removing the status bar

Review of your app's ASO:

  1. App title: utilizes character limit well but is "Finger Maestro" the brand name? If so consider using keywords instead since most people won't search for the brand name for a newish app (use a good ASO tool to measure traffic and difficulty and use such keywords). Also check if "music art" should be the main keyword or something else when you do this research
  2. Subtitle: duplicates "music art" with title, wasting space - similar to title, use a good ASO tool to measure traffic and difficulty and use new keywords instead of the current subtitle
  3. App icon: interesting, makes me want to check out the app but I think you could also explore more concepts, nevertheless this might be okay for now
  4. Screenshots: first screenshot doesn't help show what the app does (home screen is not important to show in a screenshot, what's most important is to explain visually how the app will work) - I feel like the video does a decent job of this but screenshots also need to denote this

Bit hard to do reviews for all 3, please pick one, will do it for that!

Review of your app's ASO:

  1. App title: utilizes character limit well but "Mr. Arthur" (brand name) could be considered to be placed in app description or screenshots instead, also it's already in the developer name so this should help rank for it already - the freed up space can be used for other keywords (use a good ASO tool to measure traffic and difficulty and use such keywords)
  2. Subtitle: duplicates "screen time" with title, wasting space - similar to title, use a good ASO tool to measure traffic and difficulty and use new keywords instead of the current subtitle (big room for improvement)
  3. App icon: a bit okay but does not clearly help denote what the app does - if someone is looking for a screen time reduction app and searches for it on the app store, when they see the search results, would they understand what your app does (just based on its icon)? Try to hook them right here
  4. Screenshots: mostly good, clean and text denotes well what the app does. Readable fonts, you can always experiment with the order, sometimes moving around screenshots in different positions can help improve conversion rate

I think you're underestimating the power of serendipity and luck in bumping into the right person + overestimating your ability to judge accurately how "good" a profile is

Also don't forget many strong people might not be able to sell themselves on paper but might actually be a very good person in reality when you speak to them, have seen this happen so many times

Also this should not be a "forced" feature, if you want you can opt in to it otherwise you can use the platform as-is
