I made a better search engine for amazon using AI

I made a better search engine for amazon using AI. It works similar to chatGPT, you tell it what product you need and it will go and search all of amazon for candidate products. After that, it compares all the products it has found to your requirements and ranks them based on how well they fit your requirements.

For some added fun, I've added a "Chinese crap / Dropshipping"-detector, to make sure you're not wasting your time looking though endless low quality products.

Right now it's only working for amazon germany (I'll need to sell three products through amazon.com affiliate api before they let me use their api). But it will accept any language so give it a try.

Check it out for yourself here: https://shopwithai.chat/

Building an app to help you find bars to host private events

I’ve always been the planner of my friend group and usually organize my friends’ birthdays, going away parties, etc. Finding a bar to host an event is an extremely annoying process. Most bars don’t have the details for private events listed on their websites, and you have to reach out for more information. I’m building an app to serve as the first place you go to start your search process to help narrow down your options before reaching out to bars.

Has anyone else had this problem?

How we got 400+ users with 1 tweet

Las week we launched Portiko. A site that connects scientists looking to carry out experiments and researchers with the experience and tools to do so.

We launched with a Google form and a ".verel.app" landing page with a hero and a CTA.

My co-founder wrote a tweet and asked every account she could for a retweet. Turns out, most people are open to help out if you ask.

Before we knew it, the tweed had 400k views and 2k likes.

We got over 800 people to fill out the Google form. Around 430 of those turned into registered users once we launched the site.

TL;DR: Launch now, and ask for help.

Things I learned after running Reddit Ads for my SaaS

I have been running Reddit ads for a few months now and almost all enterprise clients were converted from Reddit Ads. It may or may not work for you but it's definitely worth a shot.

This is the real screenshot of my ad campaign

  1. Choose the best-performing organic post on your social media and use it as an ad.

  2. Don't start with a full budget, try spending $10 a day for 5 working days and see how that performs, make adjustments and find a sweet spot where you seem to get above-average conversions

  3. Do not accidentally click on broadcast ads, that will just spread your ad to users with various interests. I made that mistake. Instead, you can choose a target ad and specific subreddits where your ideal customer exists.

  4. Do not select all countries to target your ads. My sweet spot is the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Denmark, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg and Norway.

  5. I noticed conversions on weekends are usually very low

I made a simple PDF Editor. Windows detects it as a virus.

I'm a beginner and decided to try using AI to make a simple project, but windows is giving it a false positive for a virus. Anyone have experience with this and if it's possible to fix? I posted it on github:

Our side project for SEO, photographers, e-commerce Folks

Hey r/sideproject,

As a digital marketer, working for an agency, I often struggled with the challenge of bulk optimization of images for my B2B and ecommerce clients. Whether it was for product listing, blog posts and SEO, or sharing photos - the tools available either had a limit on the number of files I could compress at one go, or were of significantly lower quality or were paid. The balance between reducing file sizes in bulk and maintaining image quality was always a compromise.

This frustration led me and my partner down the path of creating our own solution. Here's the process we followed:

Research: We started by talking to others in my field, as well as e-commerce managers and photographers and although the challenges were vast and deep, we decided to start at the point of convergence.

Development: My partner is an elite level engineer who has patent on compression techniques. He had the MVP ready in 1 week.

Building and Iterating: This is where we seek your guidance and inputs. Your feedback and suggestions will be vital as we continue to develop and improve this tool.

How can we improve our UX? What features would you want us to develop next? Our aim is to help as many professionals as possible.

Here's the link to our side project: https://resizeimage.io/

Look forward to your feedback

TLDR: Built a bulk image resizer and compressor for SEO, e-commerce and professional photographers. Seek feedback.

Ive Built a gaming website called epicgamerspot, where gamehosts can make money hosting and playing games.

I've wondered if i could make a platform where gamers can make money playing or hosting games like cod, apex, valorant and fortnite. So i decided to use their private game code as away for gamehosts to host their private games.

Gamehost's will build a game template for players to see on the main page of the website,
and if players are interested they can join, gamehosts can make the game FREE, PAID or SUBSCRIPTION based games.

We also made away for players to get paid: If gamehosts can't find players then they can hire a player to find players for them.

I also plan on, not allowing anyone with an onlyfans to join the platform.

I would love to get some feedback.

Interested in a new freelance platform for side hustles?

Hello everyone!

We're excited to announce the launch of Uptiers, a new freelance platform similar to Fiverr.

As a freelancer myself for the past 6 years, I've experienced the challenges of high competition on platforms like Fiverr and Upwork. That's why we created Uptiers, a platform designed to be more beginner-friendly.

One of our key differentiators is our fast payout system. Unlike other platforms where you might wait 15 days or more, Uptiers releases payments within 2 days of completing a project. This ensures you get your money quickly and easily.

We also understand the importance of affordability. That's why we offer low platform fees for both freelancers (15%) and clients (5%). This allows you to keep more of your earnings and makes Uptiers an attractive option for both sides of the marketplace.

So, what are you waiting for? Sign up for Uptiers today and experience the difference!

Let's build a collective ASI that will solve humanity's problems, get compensated for it and redistribute the earnings among the involved contributors / workers of the platform

Anybody want to join in? History starts with a phi-3-mini-4k-instruct ;)

Send me a DM if this remotely sound to you like an appealing idea.

I built a free Keyword Research Ai Tool for App Store Optimization (ASO), to help your app rank higher in the app stores.

Hey there! If you're an app founder looking to grow your app in the stores, ASO can help you achieve that. Keywords enhance your app's visibility, allowing it to stand out with specific keyword phrases.

Keyword research is constantly changing and evolving. I built a free keyword optimizer tool on the ChatGPT marketplace. Now that GPTs are free for everyone, you can use it to improve your app's keywords and more.

You can use it here!

It's built with AI, allowing you to chat and deeply dive into the keywords you're looking for. It can also search and rate keywords.
