Similar story—I was just diagnosed at 40 and treated for anxiety depression for most of my life. For me, the coping mechanisms I likely implemented when I was younger are no longer possible due to all the additional responsibilities I have (ie hyper but inconsistent focus on school able to do well —one thing rule my world—vs now multiple —career, home, kids, marriage, board memberships etc. and unable to manage) just picked up medicine yesterday for first time. Hoping for some relief

~~ Did you see the sky, I think it means that we've been lost? Maybe one last time is all we need~~

An old adage from my mom: if you love it, buy it in more than 1 color. If I go to her for advice on big life stuff, she often asks “what have I always told you?” I jokingly repeat this phrase bc I definitely remember it among other big life lessons lol. And I live it—multiple colors of Chloe Marcie and Celine Trotteur!

Jane (9), Arnna (7), and Grant (4). Particularly heartbreaking is that last sighting of them was when Jane purchased items, including a meat pie they had never purchased before, from the bakery with a £1 note when their mother had not given them that much money. The perpetrator likely sent her in with the money to buy the items. Thinking about how excited they probably were for their treats and then were all taken is devastating and haunting. Their mother died in 2019 without ever knowing what happened. Casefile did a thorough episode on the case (#100).
