Mount and Blade seems very fun but I can never get past how absolutely janky it feels to play
She doesn’t seem like she’d do well as a companion as she isn’t combat-ready. However, she’d make a fantastic camp-companion similar to Volo, Withers, and the pets

I actually had something similar happen to me when I was a kid. Except the contraption was much smaller and it was a pumpkin instead of a watermelon (and my stomach instead of my face). You’re absolutely right though. The sling twists 180° because of the way she released it.
I know these people probably are old friends you’ve known for a while and that’s why you stick around, but wow they sure sound like sour people. They’re not right and you should never be ashamed of being the biggest badass in the room.
This convinced me to snag Chiv 2 and damn it’s so much fun. Definitely a lot more user and beginner-friendly than Mordhau
