So in fiction being obsessive is a good thing? I understand everyone has their likes (even I like some toxic characters) but that doesn’t mean I need to like a story that was kinda creepy. I also thought the romance was super subpar

I don’t like it because I think Iseop is childish and abusing his power as the FL’s boss. When he found the FL with her childhood friend he began overworking the fl: making her do many worthless tasks just to keep her busy.
He also is just creepy to me, going out of his way to find the FL lead outside of work
IMO he isn’t a great person, and I keep getting the “ick” while reading

As an artist, I second this! I’ve spent years learning to draw, and it wouldn’t make sense to give my skills out for free (especially for a comic that isn’t even written yet)
I suggest OP writes out the comic fully (you need a script before you can start drawing) before thinking about getting an artist
