Hey OP, glad you're feeling better now! Since the last post, I've actually managed to finish whatever products I had left. So I bought new ones ONLY to replace them!

Another thing helping my no buy is that I have a 3 month old nephew and I've been given all the products that he can't use. Apparently Johnson and Johnson is bad for babies 🤷‍♀️ so every shampoo, conditioner, body wash he was gifted has been given to me! My hoarding tendencies are at an all time high, but at least I don't have to buy a new product in a while.

I quit social media 2 years ago and I've seen so many benefits in my mental health! I do still look at YouTube reviews, but they don't tempt me to buy a product anymore. I just rearrange my wishlist instead of buying things.

I've recently gotten into a podcast called Lateral by Tom Scott which is about a group of people who take turns asking each other interesting questions and arriving at the answer. I also love to read books and my current read is Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy by Douglas Adams.

Another new thing I'm trying is making overnight oats. After watching countless people rave about them, I finally tried making them and I love it. It's like having dessert for breakfast everyday!

She made a whole friend group without me so... I'm glad we don't talk anymore!

I deleted Instagram and Snapchat (broke a very long streak) 2 years ago. It's one of the best decisions I've made for my mental health. Of course there are certain cons such as being less informed of my friends' lives, missing out on trending topics, etc. However the pros far outweigh the cons! I don't compare myself to other people's lives anymore. I don't feel left out when my friends are hanging out somewhere. I've recorded my friend's birthdays in my phone calender and I use that to wish them.

My friends still send me memes and reels, just on whatsapp. I feel more connected to people now than I did before. Real life is very different from social media and I only realised it when I deleted it all. If you're contemplating if you should delete social media, take my advice. First try limiting your social media time to 1 hour per day (most phones have an app timer). Then, after you get used to this, you'll automatically spend less time on your phone. Eventually in a month or so, you can delete it all!

I copy paste the title and author on my notes app and include 1 line of the theme/trope/storyline below it. Out of all the suggestions here, mine seems to be the absolute worst, but it works for me.

Oh no! Hope you're doing better now! When I tried to fix everything by myself, I made my skin worse and my confidence also took a hit. Once I visited the dermat, my skin cleared up and I slowly gained confidence back.

Last year when I was working, I was under a lot of stress and my diet was horrible. I ended up aggravating my PCOD which resulted in huge, painful, cystic acne on my cheeks and chin. The worst mistake I made was not going to a dermatologist immediately, instead I tried to self medicate and follow a skincare routine that was not suitable for me at all. It left me with scars that haven't gone away even after I visited a dermat early this year.

During INICET they took my hair tie away, so I just braided my hair very tightly and it stayed like that for a while. But then, the centre switched on the air cooler which was right beside me and all my hair ended up in my mouth anyway🤡

Hey, could you tell me your experience with loreal dream lengths leave in cream? There are so many people raving about it, but is it worth the hype? 

It smells very clean, like a subtle beach breeze. I’m not one to prefer those scents, but this was a gift and I didn’t find it overpowering. It does last for around 4-5 hours with me (I live in a hot climate so it goes away with sweat). I much prefer this over the body lotions in terms of consistency, moisture and how long it lasts. That said, I personally like more floral scents so I would not repurchase. I would recommend this if you like clean smelling scents and like a thicker moisturiser.
