Local restaurant that's been in operation since 1963. Original owners sold to a couple who managed to keep it going for 15 years and then they sold it to a group of people that had no idea what they were doing. Changed the menu, cut back on a lot of stuff to save money and antagonized the long time staff & customers. The place shut down in less than a year.

Mean spirited "jokes" played on me made it easy to just move on.

DB Cooper - Unless some rando hunter/hiker comes across a skeleton wrapped up in a tattered parachute with a rotting bag of $$$, we'll never find him.

I think we will eventually find Flight 19 and the USS Cyclops. Both lost in the Bermuda Triangle

Football/soccer - A low scoring game in 90+ minutes means a lot of time spent going back and forth and back and forth and back and forth. Will definitely watch highlights, but not a whole game.

Don't know. Probably still swimming around in the lake.

A WW2 movie call "49th Parallel" about a German U-Boat crew having their sub destroyed on the Canadian coast. A handful of survivors make their way across Canada being chased by authorities. If one of them can get to the US border and into neutral (at the time) USA, it would be a huge propaganda boost for Germany. It had a nice twist at the end. I saw this on a PBS channel back in the 70's and it just stuck with me.

Be friendly & positive and make lots of friends. It will make your high school reunions in the future more fun. I was a hermit in HS. Didn't do much and every reunion was a little awkward since not a lot of people knew who I was.

It was to down size. Got rid of 800+ magazines that I had in apple boxes, a car, one motorcycle project, car parts from cars I don't own any more, a pile of baseball cards, a box of comic books, a couple of toys from the 70's, 2 boxes of books and a bunch of building material that was just collecting dust in the garage. I'm not even close to being done.

All my friend's parents were stopping at McD's, KFC whenever the mood hit or bringing home multiple pizzas, or going to the movies just because, while my parents would never do that. Fast food on birthdays and one blockbuster movie during the summer. Usually what dad wanted to see.

Charcuterie - It came out of nowhere and now I've heard that word more times just this year than the last 52 years I've been on this planet.

"The Yankees are balls deep in the 9th inning trying for a come from behind win against the Red Socks.

The egg came first. Eggs for breakfast and then later, chicken for dinner.

In the early days, he would get stuck with a bunch of D listers. One was a lady from the South that was a secondary character on a TV show. Her favorite word to use was "phenomenal".

Adam's grumpy old man voice sounds like he's trying too hard to sound like a grumpy old man.
