This^ best route in the park and no fall damage.

Will be here that whole time frame, have 4 pads, a book, and enjoy showing people around.

PM me

If you go out alone any days you can rent pads and a book from Nomad. It’s been very quiet in the park bouldering lately as most of the climbers have migrated. Unlikely to come across spotters but you never know.

Okay so graduate law school at 26/27 with school debt and get to 1.5m in 2 years? How in tf? Congrats!

M-Fr I’m free after 3pm

Open all day Saturday and Sunday

Nice to meet you! Yeah, no luck on here at all. Just purchased basically a double rack, will be here June 4th! The stoke is high.

Day 10 - Fatigue

After 10 years of daily (3-5 times a day) use I’ve decided to break the habit. I’m on day 10 of no smoking and have all of the normal symptoms of quitting but the worst has been the fatigue. Does this get better? I am typically a very physically and mentally active person and just feel constantly exhausted.

Thanks y’all for the support.

Luca bistro - French - get the steak au pouvre. It’s $19 and so good. My boy dak bartends he’s a joy. Sotto - Italian - pricey and could be tough to get in Pepp & Delores - Italian - Backup if Sotto doesn’t work out Eli’s BBQ - cheap and classic right next to the river

Runner ups: Proud Hound - breakfast Alfios - Italian Nada - Mexican

So many good options though, enjoy!! Amazing sushi, Indian, Thai, and Raman as well.

Yeah man go for Cincinnati

Money goes a long way and the little Miami bike trail is awesome. Lots of cool black people too. Food is top notch.

Seeking Trad or Boulder Partner (27m)

Hello, reaching out to see if any fellow locals are looking for a new trad or boulder partner.

Experienced in bouldering but new to trad. PM me!

Go explore the chasm of doom or scramble up Valhalla in the park, do something adventurous!

La copine & snakebite are the two best restaurants imo. Aki sushi and 8-star cafe also good.

Sam’s is poop Indian. People always recommend it here and I always scratch my head. If you try it, give me your take.

Man I would totally join but I’m heading out of town for a week (27m) some other time for sure if you’re going to be in the area more.

S&P 500 and buy a house cash when it’s time

Go get a hobby

Is the cost avoidable at all?

I used to travel with other peoples families, get picked up for practice and games by other people families.

Glad I was able to do the sports despite my parents not being able to make it happen.

It’s so funny you think your money is none of your wife’s business. Tf you think marriage is man?

Chattanooga, TN

Quiet, liberal hub, no state tax, beautiful nature, good people, good food, low cost of living.

Knoxville is a close second.

You’re in a great spot, what else do you want in life? Start there.

Meaningful friendships, travel, climbing, a dream home, living in a beautiful nature spot, biking, and a future family are some of my reasons to keep going. Try out some luxuries, you may find that you like some of them too.

Are you looking to use all that HYSA towards the loan to have a smaller mortgage?

I was going to do the same in 2025, the numbers do make sense to have a smaller loan since the rates are so high.

Lots of people here have been sitting on assets for decades and ignore how much a big rate can hurt you.

Find another job and take as much time as you want

That’s amazing! Sounds like you put in an unbelievable amount of work and effort into it so just put that same amount of effort into your mental health and financial literacy.

Not saying you are but it’s hard to not come across like a humble brag when you’ve achieve what everyone on this subreddit is working towards and anyone would kill to be in your shoes. Sorry for the snark but you have 4.3 million fucking dollars and are struggling with it for some reason, it’s gonna piss people off a little bit.

Paid off house and 3.5mil in S&P500 is about as safe and productive as you can ask for. I’d say wish you the best but you’re already there.

It’s borderline an illness to still have money worries with 4.3m at age 29.

How’d you get it all? I feel like if you earned all of it this would be a dream situation to be in.
