As with all plants, blooms do not last forever. The plant is still perfectly healthy and should bloom again
Honestly I think you’re looking too hard, especially if everything else is doing great (which it seems to be from the pic) I would not change a thing
I will say I regularly water all my plants (including multiple types of orchid) with aquarium water
Haven’t tried myself but in theory it should work fine, just dilute the heck out of it
Here in Minneapolis a lot of the city does “no mow May” for the pollinators
Workers would attack the potential mate as they would just see him as a member of an enemy colony

FYI the white variegated plant in your jar won’t survive submerged, leaves need to be above water level
