Paparazzi are often hired by celebs and their pr teams.
Paparazzi šøYeah we have know this for a long time.
Like TMZ and the kardasians have been very open with the fact they would pay them to come take pics and make a story out of nothing.
Itās what got the family famous.
This would be a really fun social experiment if we could find a somewhat rich benefactor who would pay paparazziās to run a story on a random person. āLocal man gets pizzaā. āLocal man just bought new shoesā, and see if we can make someone famous for nothing. Like the Kardashians.
Ben Affleck did something similar during an interview in his early fame days. He was complaining about the stalker photographers and the female reporter wasn't responding with sympathy. He dared her to go get tacos (if memory serves) with him as the next step of the interview and told her she'd be in the magazines for the next three to five days. Sure enough she was his "new mystery woman" for just under a week.
That makes me think of the Celebrity Big Brother show in the UK where they put a random woman who worked as a Paris Hilton impersonator in the house to see if she could fool everyone into thinking she was famous. She ended up marrying one of the other contestants which led to this classic moment https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UewCI6dtHss
I watched this when it was airing, it was so amazing! Especially after seeing that Big Brother series. TV was so good back then.
This is another one of my favourite bits from the Simon Amstell NMTB era. It's a shame Noel Fielding was friends with Donny so he couldn't join in taking the piss out of him https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fayRZBZONz8
I am a lost American here, why did that guy storm off like that? I get that the host was reading an excerpt from his wife's book and poking fun at it, but it didn't sound like enough to piss someone off enough to walk out like that. What am I missing here?
The daily mail is a pretty trashy tabloid. So her describing it as 'posh and upmarket' makes her look pretty bad. His overreaction is mainly what people are laughing at.
But Simon Amstel (the host) was later criticized by the team captains of each side (Phil Jupitius, the standing next to Preston, and Noel Fielding, an old team captain), for essentially scaring off guests and ruining the atmosphere of the show for roasting the every loving fuck out of them.
Ah, I see. Thanks for the answer!
Plus, he looks like a knock off version of Jesse Eisenberg to me.
I never understood why people laughed at this and thought it was a British thing. Photoshoots for ANY magazine, even if they are a trash tabloid make people feel posh and upscale when you donāt come from that life.
Yeah, I could agree with that. I think the daily mail's practice of toeing the line with racism/sexism/homophobia, the bullying, the frequent typos, mistakes and hyperbole, plagiarism and other issues probably plays into it as well.
In the comfy position of someone who never be in that spot, I'm pretty sure there's no situation where I would agree to work with the Daily Mail. But I can see how doing any photoshoot could make you feel that way.
Something must be wrong with me cos this is the first time I'm learning that she was a PH impersonator, and I grew up seeing those 2 in the media all the time! It makes sense now though haha
I'd rather the rich benefactor out bid the attention whores so the paparazzi don't go out to film them.
"I'll pay you double to not photograph them."
The Daily Mail is full of 'articles' that are just paid-for pap walks of nobodies
Iāll volunteer for this experiment.
There's the guy from Britain who wrote that article for Vice about creating a 5 star reviewed restaurant in spite of not having a restaurant. He has slacker Ed Sheeran vibes but the guy knows marketing
Lol
ironic if the celebs who claim to hate the paps go 180.
... rewatching the video, why does he sent his pregnant wife first to face the paps and flashes when he should have helped & protected her? also paps should have used turned off the flashes.
edit: the replies smh :/ Imagine saying it's "misogyny" for wanting a partner (which ever gender they might be) to care and be protective of the woman who is carrying. There are multiple research articles available online and it's scientifically proven that "protectiveness of a partner reduces psychological distress in pregnant women".
My guess would be he knows the deal, people are there to see what sheās wearing. And then what shitty super casual thing he is wearing behind her.
But you just posted this to point out itās planned, and then youāre confused and judging him for sending her out first to face them like itās unwanted and dangerous? The whole thing is planned? Like you just made this whole post to point out?
It's not misogynistic to say that people should want to protect their partner when they need it, it is misogynistic to automatically assume a woman can't deal with basic things. Especially in this case where we literally have footage of them planning and rehearsing it, so we know that's how they wanted to do it.
It's good to be protective of your loved ones, but it's possible to overdo it, and behaviour that you view as "protective" is actually received as being overprotective, overbearing, and even controlling. Pregnant people deserve special care and attention for good reasons, but you have to remember they're still adults, and most of them don't want to be infantilised.
Protect her from what? Lol
THE FLASH WILL CAUSE 5G TO THE BABY AND MAKE IT GROW HORNS
Falling. Being pregnant changes your center of gravity. A good partner would step down first and wait for her or maybe take her hand to ensure she doesnāt fall stepping out of the van.
She's consistently rocked stilettoes through this pregnancy. I don't think either of them are into pragmatism, and frankly I don't think the partner should be held to a wildly higher safety standard than the carrier.
Have you ever been pregnant? Also caring about someone in a vulnerable position isnāt a crazy standard. And yes being pregnant is being vulnerable.
I mean, Iām pregnant right now and I climb in and out of my car everyday without help. Maybe I should talk to my husband about that.. Ā /s
Good point. Iām sure when you go to Target you are stepping out of a van in heels with flashes in your face surrounded by a crowd. /s

Yeah I understand that. That doesnāt mean she couldnāt fall when stepping out. Honestly itās not that complicated.
there have been numerous cases when they would take a picture below hailey's skirt/dresses. so justin always walks behind her to ensure no one is doing that. there a video of it somewhere
Yeah that makes sense. Butā¦they called them. They wonāt be doing anything he needs to āprotect herā from.
hmm tbh i think they called them for the rhode beauty publicity and it worked. it sold out like crazy. so kudos to them ig. its smart.

girl are you just finding out that celebs areā¦ fame hungry??ššš
Pregnant women cannot face flashes? Did not know pregnant women became babies who cannot face camera flashes and do not know what they are doing, so their husbands need to guide them.
Do you not think this is how they planned it? As you show in the post, they even did a retake. So why would you not see that they would have planned how the walk would be? Who would walk first, how they would exit etc?
Some people are just addicted to faux outrage.
If they hired the paps and are redoing the video, isn't it safe to assume that they're wanting these shots for whatever reason? Why would she be distressed and need protecting from something they planned? If I had to guess, I would think that the hired paps were more for her anyway (not dragging her, I actually quite like them both), since she's become known for her street style, and her brand benefits from her being aspirational. They probably wanted some shots of just her all dressed up, since people inevitably focus on how casual Justin is in pics of them together.
They called them specifically to get pictures of the bump and if he was in front he would have blocked the shot. Watch her hand placement. She's showing off a glamour pregnancy. More power to her, tbh. I carried like I was having a full body allergic reaction.

not everyone ~ "know how's hard it is to step down in heels in the final months of the pregnancy"
You are the one that uploaded the video, here. she is fine.
Oh no. Not that flashes. Protect her from the flashes!
Silly.
They literally planned this like this. I am shocked to see you hold this opinion when youāre the one who uploaded this video. Hayley is as safe as she can be with this planned pap strut, debuting what sheās wearing as she should and Justin is behind her wearing whatever the hell he rolled out of bed wearing. Itās their shtick.
Celebs actually do this so paps leave them alone... it's better to have a mutual agreement to give them what they need so they leave you alone the rest of the time.
He lets her āØļøbejeweledāØļø
because she is the "star" and it's about her and her pregnancy? How do you not know that this is her choice? As much as I love psychobiology, common sense must be applied hun.
idk how more people don't realise this, basically any time a celeb looks dressed up, well posed on the streets "casually" hiding their faces the paps have been hired. Especially the pics that they post on their own social media.
Edit: some of the reasons this is done -Ā 1. Celebs want the self promotion.Ā 2. Thereās products theyāre releasing/promoting (film/show/album/etc.) and the ācaught in the wildā shots are part of the promotion 3. It can minimise the number of paps that stalk them for the ugly and unprepared shots, the shots they donāt want. All paps care about is a pay check. If theyāre hired, they get paid meanwhile the celeb gets their photo-op. Youāre still gonna have the sleazy ones that take the stalking route of course.Ā
By hired I thought assistants to celebs call paps and set it up. I didn't know celebs had a choice of which paparazzo and actually talked to them in person. Or did I get it wrong?
That's what I thought too!
I thought it was more like "Oh we'll be at X location at Y time" not like a fully scripted thing.
I think that's how it started, but if you see others blatantly rehearse, look good and not get backlash for it, you're going to do it too.
Someone on their team will call them and there is an entire network of paparazzi who all chat with one another. I had a long convo with one outside of the Ivy once, which is (or at least used to be) a place where celebrities will go specifically to be seen because there are always, at minimum, one paparazzi stationed out front. Not a fan of the line of work but it was fascinating to talk to him about it.
Whoever the team is contacting would pass along what type of shot they want, if it's something specific, like "we want to show off her baby bump" or "make sure you get a shot of the wedding ring" which I'm sure they pass along to the celebrity to be aware of as well.
You could also have "friends" of the celebrities who sell out their position without the celebrity themselves knowing it. Like calling and saying hey they will be here with me at X time.
Theyāre in on it, their assistant will either inform them that paps have been called here or theyāll request the paps themselves.Ā
Depends, not always, some tires of celbes have an usual crowd of constant paps, some celebs migth even know them for years but not necesarally call them themselves, some celebs like Taylor hsve gotten paps to even regularly camp outside her residences, then theres media paps like the Hollywood Fix who has a "hunting team" these ones are usually unsolicted, like the Ban/Jenny paps and then ones who were chasing the model that made her cry to the police.
Makes sense, paps may stalk Taylor because recently she's on an whole another level of fame. Especially with her new album, relationship and ongoing tour. Same goes for Ben/JLo or any other celebs with gossip or headline worthy pictures.
Generally for the latter, fake friends & misc are ones who mostly likely to tip off the paps.
Taylor doesnāt need to call the paps, they follow her. Thatās why she used to hide in suitcases coming and leaving her house.
Taylor's team absolutely does call the paps. Her dinner with Stella McCartney, Lena Dunham and co in Notting Hill 2 weeks ago was not at a known celebrity spot, and they didn't get pictures of her leaving her London rental, only arriving at the restaurant.
You can tell when the paps aren't planned as when she doesn't want to be photographed she will hide under coats or umbrellas.
That doesnāt mean she doesnāt use them to her advantage. There is like 4 paps that permanently park outside the Bieberās house in LA and follow them around 24/7, thatās literally their job just to follow them around, thatās why they spend more time in their Idaho and La Quinta houses now than their Beverly Hills house now that Haileyās pregnant. The paps wonāt leave them alone until they get photos so sometimes itās better to suck it up give them what they want so the rest of the day is free.
There was a stream of them in the British press once of celeb women putting their bins out in their underwear, apparently "shocked" the paps were there!
I donāt think this is really shocking info for the 2020s. Itās been at least this way for the past decade/when Instagram started to take off and celebrities started to control their narrative more.
Thankfully, weāre far removed from the 2007 days when people like Britney would be hounded by 100 paparazzi at the gas station when all she wanted to do was fill up her car or whatever. In those days, it was 100% raw and insane
Paris would absolutely call the paps back in the day. And if it wasnt Britney herself, people around her also at least tipped them off.
We're a little less comfortable treating celebs like cattle nowadays but caling them is nothing new.
Nah Iāve seen whole unofficial YouTube documentaries where the paparazzi were talking about how they find Britney etc. All the tips were coming from store employees and fans that spotted her.
Tbh at this point I donāt think she even cared enough to try to avoid them or to hide. She was just trying to live her life.
Itās a mix. There have always been times the celeb has called the paps, and times paps have stalked.
Yep. Princess Diana is also a great example of this. Itās very shocking and pearl-clutching for some to believe she would negotiate with the paps in exchange for privacy elsewhere but it was a strategy the most famous woman in the world utilized to be less harassed.
Britney was absolutely not calling the paps when she was having a public breakdown and being hounded by paparazzi. While I don't doubt calling them is not new, she was absolutely a cash crop to paparazzi and they did seek her out. She was HUGE at the time. Like what Taylor Swift is now, only picture that level of fame on someone not actively trying to be that level of famous and reveling it like Taylor does.
There is a bit of nuance. Britney was hounded but she also engaged with the paps, and invited them into her house, started dating one etc. She was not doing well and in her vulnerable state the paps took advantage, but Britney was not hiding from them. She was literally leaving her house to sit on the street with them. It was a bit of cycle where paps followed, she engaged and gave them stories and access so more paps started following until it got out of hand and Britney could not handle it or control it anymore.
The real crime was that the paps, tmz and other media outlets knew Britney was struggling and did not back off because Britney continued to engage with them and they took advantage.
Theyāre not necessarily hired but celebs will work with them to help them get the photos they want so they get left alone for the rest of their days. And itās different for a celebrity event vs in their private moments that theyāre not working.
Rihanna and rocky do it too https://www.youtube.com/watch?si=u2TWQXq8hhYCiIwK&v=fDoKeXWjNME&feature=youtu.be
As does every single other celebrity
I think this should be much further up
Yeah I saw this with an actor he was walking somewhere and he stopped told them to get their pics then leave him alone, which they did, can't remember who it was though, not sure if it was Sean Penn or Pitt
Exactly theyre basically forced into it to be less harassed. It makes perfect sense though being in that situation. I saw a video of Julia Fox giving some paparazzi her info because she was with her son and wanted to be left alone so they set up a different time together. She's very smart at networking herself and then she gets left alone when she asked for it. It's disgusting they have to make deals for privacy but it's making the best of it.
Obviously their are people that want as much press as possible like the Kardashions have their own people it's not from these kind of deals but a lot of it is a transactional relationship
And I want to add Justin Beiber was hounded like no other since he was a kid I can totally see him making that kind of deal. But people are calling him pathetic and assuming he wants as much attention as possible which I disagree with. He's been in this long enough to know what to do
Exactly. The dude has lived with the paparazzi so long he knows they aren't going away. Not especially now everyone knows Hailey's pregnancy.
He knows paps want photo. He knows the lengths they'll go through to get em. So why not just give them the shots they want but on his terms? Tell the paps where you're going to eat and what time. Give them the shots they want at the start of the night (which in this case is of his pregnant wife looking fabulous) and then they get left alone to enjoy the rest of their evening (hopefully).
Like, it sucks they have to do it for privacy and get accused of being attention seeking in the process but ya gotta do what you gotta do for some peace and I think Biebs very much just wants a peaceful life these days.
Rule of thumb: if someone looks good and polished in their pap shots, it was arranged. If they look regular, stressed, etc itās probably not. I left my last PR agency when we started taking on celebrity clients and the bulk of my work as a junior publicist became calling TMZ, etc.
Wouldn't that rule of thumb be obsolete now? I can think of a handful of celebs who get papped a lot looking regular or even slightly rough. They get the press, the sympathy from the public, and praise for just being down to earth and regular.
Can't underestimate the ego of the rich and famous here - a lot of celebs are only willing to go so far when it comes to "authentic" pap shots regardless of the overall positive results going harder would get them. What you're describing absolutely happens (and I could see it happening more and more moving forward if it gets the results the client wants), but the rule of thumb still applies on a large scale in the entertainment industry. (For context, I just left this PR agency last year and this stuff was my job.)
Oh my word I got slaughtered on here once for suggesting this. God speed my fellow Redditor!
Thereās a line from Charliās new song, āI used to never feel embarrassed when I call up the paparazzi / Everyone else does it constantlyā
I know these are a thing but I didn't think these two did this since I thought biebs hated the attention????
He is Justin Bieber and she's pregnant, i think that paparazzis would absolutely be harassing them to get pictures of them. This way, they can at least control it. The People wanna see them, especially since she's pregnant. They have to give them people something or the paparazzi will get the pics in their own ways.
I remember one video where they took pictures of them. One paparazzi was laying on the floor and taking pictures from under her skirt. Justin had to get out of the Van again and confront the guy and ask him to delete these pictures. Absolutely wild. This way, the paparazzi seem to behave and keep a respectable distance to them.
This is not the first time i have seen footage of them redoing a shot
He does but Hailey wants the attention and he loves her enough to let her have her way
That certainly seems to be their dynamic
Yeah like the other comment said it's most likely a deal with the paparazzi so they aren't harassed the rest of the day
As someone who worked at a well known place that they frequented. Yes. One of their most infamous fights was staged and TMZ was there beforehand. All the workers knew and we had to ākeep the paps outā for show lol.
I think he closed the door so she could stand up. Which, in that tiny dress and as pregnant as she is, could have been a full on flash to the folks outside. Seems to me, he let his wife stand and gather herself.
Yeah like I know that people hire paps and redo pap walks but Iām confused about what is specifically being āredoneā here? Itās not like they came out the restaurant, got in the car, and came back out to do it again?
Under the assumption that guy in the collared striped shirt speaking to them was a pap and was trying to redirect the first (or several first) attempts of their entrance.
There are many sides of public relations. My god-mother is one of JBās publicist as well as Johnny Depp. She has to change her number every 6 months. Like people in the comments, there have been many to help the community of paparazzi but the PR teamās of celebrities are a whole different level. Super interesting though.
Pathetically sad.
The way Hailey still ignored the paps when theyāre most literally working together š
A long time ago in Vegas my friend and I pretended another friend was some big vip and as his fake security, made people clear the way for him as we walked through the casino. I remember people taking his picture at least as he walked by lol
It's weird how he will go to the effort of getting the paps to take their photos and then acts completely uninterested.
I'd imagine he wants people to think it's all about her, but he just comes across as an accessory to a wannabe fashion icon.
There is no effort involved. Its a plain text message from him to his PR manager:
"16:45: Cafe XYZ. me & hay"
I think there's something in it to consider that these people are so famous and so rich that they don't need the paparazzi, but the paparazzi needs them. And without some cooperation from certain celebs like this, they know they will be hounded by them even more if they don't participate or agree to a small set up pic/video. They could say "if you give us this shot, we'll leave you alone for the rest of the night" or something along those lines. In which case, they feel it's better to get it over with, get a good shot, and know that they can relax for the rest of the night as opposed to being hounded.
We know that there's a lot of thirsty celebs out there who just love the attention, so I don't think this applies to everyone.
Exactly! No one seems to get that
this makes me uncomfortable for some reason
That's the only reason we get Hailey Beiber pics, lol
What a truly miserable existence
Are the people screaming "it's Hailey bieber " also being paid? They said nothing until they restarted their shot and you could clearly see Justin.
People will still deny it when It's their faves.
Wouldnāt call it āhiredā, these people need to be in the public eye to be relevant, the paps are just notified by the pr where they will be so that they are able to click them, win win situation for both, celebs and paps
Ugh semantics
Photoshoot fresh, looking like wealth, iām bout to call the paparazzi on myself!
How is this new info,Paparazzi have been working with celebs and even studios for a long time now .We had photos almost everyday from that Dakota Johnson/ Chris Evans movie and it was clear that Paps were hired by studio as a way to get people talking.
Hayley probably has a sweet deal with certain designers too that expect pap walks and social media posts for $$$.

I mean, yes and no. It's known that some celebrities make deals with paparazzi to get a few shots in and then be left alone (I recall an article years mentioned that Angelina Jolie does this - she'll let them know they have one day to take their pictures when she's in X location and in exchange they let her fly under the radar afterwards but IIRC this was before social media blew up to what it is today). Here's an interesting article where a paparazzi talks about these various arrangements they have with celebs and how it can become addictive to them (that even the darkest times in their lives may seem monetizable): https://www.theguardian.com/lifeandstyle/2022/aug/17/people-think-we-are-scumbags-but-celebrities-are-ringing-us-the-changing-world-of-the-paparazzi
And? That's the difference between consent and no consent. Same as with anything else.
PERFECT response. "They want it sometimes so they should deal with it every time" is a fucked up mentality.
There's a difference between willingly hiring paps and them catching you in private/vulnerable moments.
yeah when you read the interview this paparazzo also mentions that there are some out there who absolutely unethical, here is another article with "The Godfather Of Paparazzi", who talks about how the paparazzi nowadays have no morals or ethics and also no education. Back in the day it was people who had studied and learned about photography and tried to get interesting shots as opposed to just purely scandalous ones.
I hope the "papparazi back in the day" he talk about aren't about late 90's, early 2000s, because they had more access to celebrities than paps nowadays.
Nowadays they have less access to celebrities, due to higher security and privacy measures. Paparazzi in the early 2000's got way more shots that paps today. Just look at how they treated Britney. I feel that celebrities today who don't want to be seen are not seen. For example, Justin Bieber in his prime time and Justin today. When Taylor disappeared from the face of Earth and Taylor today. Celebrities in the 2000s didn't have that luxury-
He's talking about the 70s. It's the guy who got into it with Jackie O and had his teeth knocked out by Brando.
I appreciate that then and will read the article sometime. Saw some of the comments saying that the paps on the 90's had more respect and I always lose my mind when I see that.
Honestly, he was a parasite and full of shit. He was obsessed with Jackie and would follow her and her children relentlessly. After she won the first case against him he'd carry around a measuring tape and stand just far enough away to not break the stipulations against him, which of course he went on to break over and over again anyway. He wasn't respectful at all, he was a stalker who justified his disgusting behavior by hiding behind "art".
In the 90s, paps actually hid and stalked celebs that's why the feel and look of those pics are much more candid as a lot of celebs did not know they were being photographed. Reading some interviews from celebs who lived through that era, it's very clear that this caused a certain level of anxiety and paranoia in them.
Those who lived through the 2000s and the explosion of the tabloids and gossip blogs witnessed the paps becoming much more aggressive and in your face because the money they could make was enormous. It was not just pictures now but videos and trying to talk to the celebs and get a reaction from them. For some celebs it got so bad and so dangerous they got close protection officers they still have to do this day.
Now, we are in the era where the money to be made is less, there a fewer paps in general and you now have a whole generation of "celeb" who's career is not acting or singing, but being "famous" and they need paps to follow them and create a profile for them in the media because that is their job essentially. Then you have actual celebs who also hire or work with paps because they want to be fashionistas or have some of that attention and use it their advantage to sell themselves or partnerships/products. Then you have some celebs who did live through all these eras who actually do try and avoid paps and are pretty successful at it.
The main positive here is that there is seemingly more choice and control on how celebs want to engage with the pap culture.
They do this so the paps get what they want and then leave them alone. They're backed into a corner and this is the only way to not be stalked and harassed the rest of the day or whenever if they set up a deal with the paparazzi to give them what they want. I don't know how people don't get that. Theres a video of Julia Fox pleading to leave her alone because she was with her kid and she set up a time they could take photos so they'd leave her alone.
Obviously there are the ones that want as much attention as possible but they have every right to not want to be stalked
The way his bum ass doesnāt get off the bus and help her down first- especially because sheās wearing that stupid dress and heelsā¦š¤¦š½āāļø also, I would HATE my partner dressing like that, she looks like a mother walking around with her mopey teenager
Wow now I know TMZ is biebers PR team.
You guys notice how they both ignore the hostess on the way in, for some reason it bugs me when celebrities treat workers like serfs, and canāt even acknowledge they are working so they can have these environments to show how rich and special they areā¦
You wanna know something? Britney hired paparazzis as well. In her moms book she goes on about this. When she wanted an ex jealous she would hire them to see her buying pregnancy tests. She was friends with them as well and dated one in 2007. She liked them even though she hit one's car with an umbrella (because he crossed the line) thats why when her dad got conservatorship she did a 180 and bashed them. It was a common enemy to pick.
Celebrities don't hate the paparazzi half as much as they'd like you to believe. I remember watching a doc on paparazzi (I don't remember the name) and one of the was talking about how celebrities will go to eat at a restaurant that they KNOW paparazzi hang around, and then will pretend to be bothered when the paps take their picture. They want to get papped, but they don't want to look "uncool". Y admitting it.
I think some of 90s celebs do really hate them. It's a different game these days but I think you are right in general
I fucking said this on another thread and got downvoted to hell. People really do live in a bubble these days. I mean always, but these days you have the information right at your fingertips
true. also stan culture is a type of mental disease. unable to have any form of opinion or basic conversation without massive downvotes lol
Of course they are!!
Convinced at this point Justin's kink is reading all the comments absolutely slamming his "fashion"
Meanwhile, many people on the Internet mocked a pap who got hit by a car while photographing Bieber a few years ago.
They donāt hire them, they just tip them off. Iāve done it before. Itās either the celeb or the event/location theyāre attending that call TMZ or something.
We been knew, hon
I swear she will touch her tummy for the next 3 yrs! We know you got it in there girlie!
I saw it from a mile away... she announces her pregnancy and all of a sudden all I see is her bump
Funny the last time I heard this talked about was during the depp trial about amber heard, which made sense.
Howeverā¦ thereās something deeply unsettling about a pregnant woman and father to be doing shit like this.
This shouldn't be shocking.
Haley acting annoyed when she literally called them there š Iām trying so hard to like this girl but she makes it so difficult
It's surprising that people think this is news
Itās more collaboration than direct āhiring.ā The photos are how celebs are able to communicate certain things with their fans outside of social media.
Fuck that is so pathetically embarrassing and sad. She need the attention so badly but what does she do besides being married to him?
she gets paid for looking good and getting attention on the products she wears/uses, so basically sheās a living advertisement.
Tell Meghan Markle...
Haileyās not allowed to sing the āI canāt relate to desperationā line
This is pathetic
I canāt believe in this day and age that anybody gives a shit about either of these hack bags.
The sheer narcissism is unfathomable.
Pathetic. No one gives a shit. Pump.out some new music or your brand is dead. Just like the Timberlake drought. Star is fading....
Ok but who has the prettiest pap walks? I think it's Sydney Sweeney
Definitely Anok Yai. She makes walking down the street look like a high fashion campaign for christ's sake š
That's not a human that's a goddess
That is Aphrodite coming down from Olympus to experience what it is like to be mortal for a day
she looks perfect in every angle
That velvet fit š
Are u new to celebrity culture?
I ran into wild Paps in London trying to get a snap of Britney in 2015ish, they were feral, completely like that south park episode. Daniel Radcliffe was also there and when I asked who they were waiting for they said "That singer.. uh... Britney Spears and that guy with the glasses from the superhero movies" or something along those lines.
Its like watching an ep of the tv show Flack.
edit: grammmarr
Nothing new here
Everyone else does š¶
And run their social media accounts
I think a lot of it is controlling the narrative.
Do you think this is the case for Toney McGuire?
So vain they have to hire paps. A new low (not new but the vanity is scary)
i just donāt understand why they cant say thank you when a pap tells them ācongratsā or āhave a good dayā like theyāre being nice at least omg put your ego down a bit, your pictures will still come out nice
It breaks the illusion. Hailey and Justin don't really do anything now so they need the pap pics to stay in the media. They don't want people to know they call them or are working with them. They want the illusion that they are so in demand and people are so interested in what they are doing that paps follow them against their will.
These are professional stalkers they're backed into a corner to let them take pictures so then they won't be harassed the rest of the day. It's gross calling it an ego when it's like being harassed by a loser on the street, if you act nice and polite they think that equals approval of what they do
This is a thread about celebrities hiring paparazzi...they are not being stalked
your analogy of being harassed by someone on the street is very correct, i agree 10000%. ofc if the paps were saying vile things they have every right to ignore/argue/ sue whatever. however it feels gross to me that in this video the pap seemed to simply congratulate them and they couldnāt even acknowledge that one comment. and a lot of celebs do that. it just doesnāt look good on their part. hope that makes sense! :)
iām sorry but i feel like if you didnāt know this already then youāre maybe too young to be on the internetš
Sometimes but not always. When footage is kinda grainy or chaotic there is no way they were called.
When they are perfect glossy shots, maybe?
That would suck if this were true for someone like Leo or the Beibs who go out of their way to show how troubled/bothered they are by the pap.
understandable. Most ppl rather plan the photoshoot than get caught with surprise photoshoot.
i think pre-planed pap walks r a good thing
