As Brunson improves as a playmaker, I think you guys will start to see it matter less. This postseason also put guys like DiVincenzo and Hart into bigger roles and they will get even better as secondary playmakers and initiators.

The ball moves a lot on our team nowadays, but it's a drive-and-kick offense largely initiated by Shai.

So Shai drives, gets by his man, draws help, scores or kicks the ball out, and then ball movement happens and whoever ends up shooting likely gets it off of a pass. If a good shot doesn't happen, the ball goes back to Shai for an isolation.

JDub either is a part of the ball movement part, or it's his turn to initiate while Shai is on the bench or getting double-teamed.

Shai moves the ball a lot and plays a lot better offball than people expect (amazing having a superstar guard who's willing to set screens; Steph Curry fans know), but his role as an initiator/isolation scorer just means he gets a lot of unassisted baskets. It'd be nice for him to get more catch-and-shoot easy looks, but the most important thing is that his isolation game works in the playoffs, so it's not a huge concern. People don't really help off of Shai anyways, so it's not like there's a lot of those potential looks.

I'm new to the nba, and I practically watched only playoffs, buy from what I've seen, they have a lot of ball movement from Shai, but if Shai scores, it's almost always from him driving to the basket
