Nothing illegal about the settlements
They absolutely are illegal under international law. Just about every country on Earth agrees - even the USA is inconsistent in calling them legal because they are so obviously not that they can't do it with a straight face.
Ah. A country said so. Sorry i forgot it's not teaties and judges that decide whay it's illegal. It's the popular vote of countries:o ?????
They are literally illegal, look it up dude
They are not. Look it up yourself. No court has found them illegal in case. Which is the test of illegality

It really is not. If you jaywalk and no one sees it, it is still against the word of the law, ie illegal. You just have not been charged, sentenced etc.
That comparison falls painfully flat as there is no 1:1 comparison to the israli settlements. Cases like this are set by precisent by judges combined with the texr. The text doesn't say it's illegal. There is no presidence. It's obviously not illegal until a judge sets a precidence
