Anycubic sent me broken LCD and doesn't answer when I ask for a refund

Problem

Hi! I reconnected cables few times and updated the software like a month ago. I changed LCD becasue a little of resin get into LCD but nothing else was harmed. I bought a new one from their store and it's now flickering and it's glitched. What should I do in this situation?

For anyone who will have this problem this is the answer: Firmware Update

I just did it again and it works. Guess it doesn't work like normal update in games / apps.

Try to do a charge back through your bank.

Check your junk folder for a reply from them. I’ve never had them not answer a ticket before, but it does always go to junk folder.
