Yu Yu Hakusho -- MC is badass smart assed, sarcastic, and takes no shit.
Moriarty the patriot --MC doesn't have time for that low brow shit.
Talentless Nana -- Female lead, is above all that.
Darker than Black --Likely to ignore everything that might do this to him.
Deca-dence --MC has other things to worry about than someone's advances on him. Not that I recall any happening.
Rust Eater --don't recall this happening in it.

That's a facet of Japanese society though, not being confrontational or speaking out is a norm there and it's expected that other people not act in a way that would lead to those situations to begin with, that's part of why you get those situations in anime, particularly isekai because it's part of the "fish out of water" trope for their norms.

Not saying you can't find shows with MC's who don't act that way, but they aren't going to be the norm, or will otherwise be MC's with issues, like the MC of Cautious Hero suffers no bullshit, but is clearly odd himself.

Sakuta Azusagawa from Bunny Girl Senpai is an amazing protagonist. He’s proactive in getting what he wants. He doesn’t get insecure about Mai being away from him on shoots or the fact that she’s way out of his league. He empathizes with others and tries to understand where they are coming from before jumping to conclusions. Generally unselfish and caring for others, but not afraid to be assertive or self-advocate when it matters. Still a teenager, but doesn’t let his emotions or hormones control him. Just a chill dude. Highly recommend the show it’s very refreshing.
