Our doctor basically told us our two month old should be having just two naps a day. Right now, he only contact naps. We try to put him down but every time we do, he cries. Our doc is insisting we try to put him in his crib for naps but we just tried it and it was too much for us to see him crying uncontrollably. How do we get him to sleep without us holding him?
Any advice? Is he too young to be sleep trained?
