I've just received my Mono X 6Ks a few days ago and I have a few issues:

1. Grinding noise when a print starts (see video). It stops after multiple reboots or after 1min of printing and after that tapping the back of the printer where the fans are. Only happens when the screen displays something or when I start printing. The rod makes no noise when the plate is moving up or down.
2. eSun water washable black resin doesn't stick to the plate, fails to print objects, objects fail mid print or come out with major imperfections no matter what settings I use. The resin is sticky after washing (tried the recommended 30s up to 10min) and/ or curing (tried from 30s to 10min of curing time). I've tried warm water, cold water, hot water. It breaks very easily and top coating is sticky and/ or soft.
3. Anycubic standard/ basic gray resin some prints come out bended or distorted. Used cone of calibration to find the best exposure time, that being 2.25-2.5.

The printer is new from Amazon and still in the return period.

Resin temperature sits at 27.5-30c, no sunlight in the room. I've tried Lychee and Anycubic Photon Workshop both with same results.
I'm printing everything at at 45 angle with proper supports. I'm using holes for hollowed models to avoid suction.

I've properly leveled the plate multiple times and cleaned the container after every print/ fail. I'm mixing the resin before a print.

• For the water washable resin I've tried burn in layer exposure time from 20 to 75sec (5-10 layers) and 1.5 to 4sec normal exposure time.
• For the standard Anycubic resin I'm getting best results with: 5 layers-35sec and 2.25-2.5 exposure time but I'm not quite sure why some models come out bend, distorted or sometimes it looks like the print has shifted.

Hi all,

My Kobra 2 max has developed an issue that after about the hight of 2cm, the filament seems to stop feeding, but the printer continues to carry on (and possibly jumps up another cm). It's happened on multuple different files now. The bed/hotend temps are fine, and I've replace the extruder. It runs fine up until the same height and then just stops feeding. I'm using cura to slice and have printed a buch of things with no issues before. I've also cleared old files from the memory in case of cache issues.

I've just installed the firmware update to see if that helps.

Any help is appreciated!

I have received my first printer today from anycubic in the UK but unfortunately/ annoyingly they did not package the 3kg of resin I ordered with the machine and wash and cure.

Is the support email the only option / is there a number / better way of reaching support?

I'm getting these waves on my prints even when anti alias is on. Using ABS like clear resin from sunlu. Software is updated also. Any help/tips much is appreciated. Thanks.

Does anyone know where to snag new y axis bearing for kobra Max 2? Mine looks like it is failing cause I see a lot of little fine black dust around the one bearing.

I checked their store and amazon and didn't see anything.

Last week I ordered a Photon Mono X2 from the official website (https://www.anycubic.es/) (I am from Spain) and today it has arrived, however together with it I also ordered a cleaning kit that is missing. I had been issued only one DHL tracking number that now is marked as delivered. I've written to Anycubic support but haven't gotten an answer yet, browsing around I found some more posts about people complaining of missing addons or resin when ordering from the website. I want to know how truly common this is and if anyone else has had a similar problem recently, how was the process of resolving this with support?

My brother and I have been in awe about the other color changing printers, but always said if only they had a dryer in the storage box. Then that week Anycubic posted theirs. Got on the mailing list and placed the order.

Haven’t had a new printer since the Kobra 1. Looking forward to this.

Hello, I was looking for some help. I'm new to 3d printing and have a kobra 2 nano I have been having some success printing but have been getting what looks like burn marks and bumps when printing. The burns look terrible and sometimes it clumps up into a bump when it does this the bump can detach the print from the bed.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Im within the printer temps for the filament usually doing the first layer at the top end then dropping down by about 10 degrees. this seems to be random as most of the print is fine.

So I use Chitubox to slice and when I save in after slicing PM5 my Anycubic won’t print because it needs an STL or GCOM file which it’s fine but I cannot save the sliced version in STL, it can only be saved in PM5…

So I cannot print a PM5 and when I send the STL the Anycubic printer would not print unless it slices it itself and when it does that it sets the default supports (which isn’t working because it adds too many), does anyone know how to fix this???

I just have strangest behavior

1. Printer suddenly disconnected from the app. I still see that in app in ofline status, but on printer - app is not connected
   
2. I restore the network settings, tried to connect it again - still no connection on printer, in app - printer appears but it is still ofline
   
3. I restore system, connect again - same problem

I tried it by bluetooth - app cant connected.

I even found anycubic hidden test menu, checked download speed - everything is alright. Version - 3.1.2. How can i fix that?

I was gifted a used photon mono 2 used (basically brand new) and was setting it up when i went to test the exposure i noticed some water or something underneath the screen. how would i remove the water out from there? if i leave it there would it cause any problems? (I think so, I'm just wondering) this is the first resin printer i've had so i don't really know what's what. i can add an image if needed.

Hi! i dont have any photos or videos cus i dont have anything to take them with, but i just installed a kobra 2 pro print head on my kobra 2, and all of a sudden when i turn it on, no sound plays and it just says anycubic and doesnt give you an option to print. its just is stuck as anycubic logo. pls help

I just recieved my Kobra 2 pro and I have quite the problem: every time the Z axis tries to move, it vibrate like crazy, making the whole machine move and a lot of noise but with little to no movement.

I checked the wiring of the motor at both ends (motor and motherboard), lubed the axis screws but nothing changes.

Weirdly enought, the Z axis even goes down on its own when the motor is off, as if it was too heavy or not tight enought (as far as I'm aware, there is no way tighen that axis, maybe by unscrewing the rollers mount and tilting it slightly? I tried screwing the screws a bit more but it doesn't change a thing. Anyway, that wont solve the main issue)

Anyone got this issue before and/or have an idea how to fix it please?

Hey everyone! Just as the title says, I bought a new Kobra Pro 2 the other day, got it assembled, booted it up and the touchscreen won't respond to touch. I am stuck on the language selection option and no amount of touch, poking, prodding, etc will make the screen respond.

I have put a ticket in with Anycubic support and am waiting to hear back, but figured why not see if anyone on here has faced this issue. Any help or advise us much appreciated!

I bought a refurbished Kobra 2 max and found out the problem with it was a burnt out part on the motherboard. Apparently the motherboard is stupidly hard to find though, the only place I’ve found online that sells them is 3d Jake and it’d currently be until August 9th before they get them in. So if anyone has a spare, throw me a price. Or if anyone knows any websites that currently have them in stock that’d help too.
