I have been trying to find information on the kobra max lead screw. I have been searching the internet for the spec on this thing with no for sure information. Reached out to customer support to either get information or a replacement. I bought my Max off of the official website, and they told me that I should contact the original seller to get the information. Which of course was what I was doing. I have a printer that is dead in the water because no one at the help center can help me. I have had wonderful experiences with them in the past but this time I am ready to set this thing on fire. So if anyone has any information on the lead screw for the z axis please let me know
Hello, I changed the screen to Photon s, it works with the built-in side 2 and 3. But when I select the first test, it turns on and off for seconds and until the printer reboots there are no signs of life. The programs print some kind, a couple of layers... Please help me, what could be the problem?
I just got the ANYCUBIC Mono x 2 and immediately after doing the test print my screen on the control panel froze and it is completely unresponsive to my touch. I have tried turning it on and off and everything to no avail. Any help or ideas would be appreciated

Lately I got a major problem with my Anycubic photon m3 plus:
It won't print anything anymore. I tried (I think) almost everything to get it working again.
Software and firmware, cleaned it, leveled everything allot of times, updated the slicer software, bought new resin ( Standard gray form Anycubic ) .. I don't know what to do anymore.
Hopefully someone can help me with this.
worst customer service and product ever. I have spent the last month trying to get a defective printer replaced or repaired. I have gone through 3 customer service reps in the same email chain, and all they want to do is offer me a bottle of resin. I spent $500 on a printer that does not work, has never worked, and won't work in the future. The company frustrates me to no end. I keep getting the same responses. the ask for my original order then offer resin of a future discount. I tell them I will take the discount, the next email response is thank you for letting us help solve your concerns.... they are not resolved. so again crappy product, and terrible customer service. I would not recommend this company or product to anyone.

I am having this problem. Do not see files on sd card any more.
I am getting the leveling abnormal message when trying to level. The print head won’t come down to the bed. I’ve printed two benchys and that’s it. We’ve checked all the connections. If there is a light in the tool head it doesn’t show up when touching the nozzle. What’s the deal?

I submitted a ticket, however, I had ordered and cancelled another printer, and both arrived on the same day. So after talking to Amazon, we set up the second printer and so far it seems to be ok. On the second print now. We will see how it does after this!!
Is there a possibility to calibrate steps on the motors? On a print I made the size in X and Y is off by around 2% and that is too much if my print is supposed to be 185mm but is 181mm when it is done.
i want to be able to insert a usb drive into my kobra go and print from it and the sd card, can get type c usb sticks anywhere if i can print from my computer with usb i should be able to print from a usb stick thanks
Anybody know how to update the Firmware on an Anycubic Kobra? Once I tried to update the firmware it just gives me beeps and a anycubic screen and never does anything even after being left to do it for a whole day. Please help me, The printer wont even turn on past the anycubic logo to function. I have looked up everything, and I dont know what to to at this point.

what is wrong with my printer pronterface g29 get this above mesh visualizer shows nothing its like it starts of at -5 or -6 i cant get a mesh to visualize at all, printer prints pretty good but could be a lot better if i had something to work with some one try this so i don't fell like im doing something wrong

Yeah, I wonder the same thing. I have a Kobra and a Kobra 2 that needs parts. I wish I would have never bought the Kobra 2. The Kobra was so dependable I thought I'd get a new Kobra 2 but it sucked in comparison.
Feature request for Kobra 2/Anycubic Slicer
Dimensions are out on X, Y & Z cannot adjust steps per mm unlike other printers
Either fix the firmware and add the function or fix anycubic slicer to compensate when slicing
It's easy to fix in the slicer software but another hoop to jump through
What would be a solution if you create a machine correction option where you add the zoom needed for each axis to correct the machine
The when you click slice it applies the correction and the slices the code
My machine is out ~1mm per 50mm or ~1.02 need calipers to get them closer
I have the Kobra 2 Pro. When I export gcode from Anycubic slicer using the Kobra profile, it does not work. printer starts the job, then pauses before printing anything. Exporting the same modle from Prusaslicer does work. Any clue why I cannot get your slicer to work?
what are the out of the box print tempurature settings on a kobra max (i changed them and forgot what they were to change it back)

I bought a Kobra 2 max recently. And it keeps on hardcrashing. Like 75% off the print. The printer just shuts down. it is not print related. Because i got multiable hard crashes on different prints. Please help, i havent got a single print out yet.
This is happening to me as well. 1st time, the print was 11% in. The 2nd print was at 98.34% and then just froze. Please update if you receive an answer to this issue.
Welp. I was really exciting about ordering the Kobra 2 Plus. Got it, a few successful small prints over a few days. Yesterday I tried to do a longer print and 90% complete it just goes dark, and wont turn back on. Seems like the PSU may be dead. If I ordered from Amazon do i have to go through them for a return and then wait for another one?
I got the Anycubic Kobra Max 3D. It worked fine for the first dozen or so prints, but now it is screwing up every print partway through, where the filament gets all over the place and the print is no longer stuck to the base. I tried auto-leveling and that doesn't fix it. I've tried to change the z-offset setting, but the nozzle doesn't move up or down when I do that. Isn't it supposed to? I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if something is defective. Please let me know.
The only way I can change the z offset is while it's printing and the head does move up and down.
I got way more help with my Anycubic printer from a company I bought filament from than Anycubic itself. California Filament ftw. Turns out it was acting weird with PETG. I used PLA+ before. I increased the plate temp to 85c. For huge prints, he recommended up to 100 in some cases.

I bought an Mono X 6Ks some days ago and wanted to do an RERF test with the cones of calibration. I got little confused because on the stick which came with the printer the file is called "R_E_R_F文件" and on the anycubic website the file ist just called "R_E_R_F".
Since I want to do an custom one I was wondering how I need to name the file now.

I've always used the "R_E_R_F文件" one and that has worked for me.

I'm new to 3D printing and have no clue about what I'm doing!! I purchased the anycube kobra2max. When it prints the first few layers, the nozzle gets stuck on those layers and balls it up. I think I need to lift the Z axis up, but I'm not sure if I do this in the print mode or in the move screen? Does anyone know a fix to my issue?
What is going on with your cloud? I can't print, can't log in, and you blocked the ability to print from slicing software. What was the point of doing such? Is it to help clients save the lifespan of their Anycubic printers?
does the support work? i have two tickets opened.... and no response. Oh sorry, there is a response! "Thank you for choosing anycubic!". You guys kidding? looks like your service even worse than your product and "cloud"... very disappointed. I don't recommend to buy anycubic.

so I sent you ticket numbers more that 10 days ago. and what? cases are closed and other than "Dear friend did you solve your problem? we are providing best service!" i did not get any response. I sent pictures of the problem. btw new issues with the printer just keep coming. i printed model 100mm x 100mm x 100mm and just realized that geometry is completely messed up. vertical wall is not vertical it is around 3-5 degrees off from 90.

New to 3D printing have a Kobra 2 NEO, when it starts printing it gets a few layers down and then it gets stuck on those layers and balls up around the nozzle. Any help would be appappreciated.

I can only guess that this is something wrong with what I am doing but this damn thing hasn’t printed anything for me successfully. I have wasted a whole bottle of resin just trying to get something to print. I try and re level the bed after each fail. I’ve tried warming the resin because my upstairs is colder. I’ve only tried with any cubic slicer so far. Which I like this version of the slicer but regardless it doesn’t matter. I just can’t get the bed right. Any suggestions. I have tried the paper method, the reed method. It has been either poor bed adhesion, which I changed my base layer time. Or the beds not even and nothing prints. The 4 bolt plate tightening has to be my problem but I just can’t figure it out.
Sorry for rambling but I just went to check my print and another fail.
Please allow users in America to see and modify their e-steps. I am regretting my entry into the hobby because I bought a brand new machine that would work wonderfully if only the company were willing to let me use it.
Tried the help center and asked about adding macros to the Kobra 2 Pro, since i can't print multicolor on the same layer. This is the only printer that doesn't let the user do that. Since there is no way to add macros to your klipper version, i would ask if it was possible to add some macro, give it a name, and let the user invoke that macro for printing.
The AI in the help center wrote that anycubic would add those macros if asked, so here i am. I bought your machine and it's really good, but without that function, i have to send it back because it's part of my workflow.
I can send anycubic the necessary macros to add them to the "macros.cfg" file and i think other users would use it too. You would only need to change the Bed parameters since this is from my other klipper printer.
