Last week I ordered a Photon Mono X2 from the official website (https://www.anycubic.es/) (I am from Spain) and today it has arrived, however together with it I also ordered a cleaning kit that is missing. I had been issued only one DHL tracking number that now is marked as delivered. I've written to Anycubic support but haven't gotten an answer yet, browsing around I found some more posts about people complaining of missing addons or resin when ordering from the website. I want to know how truly common this is and if anyone else has had a similar problem recently, how was the process of resolving this with support?
