Tbh dont try for big tech or any of the known companies. The competition is quite heavy. Try to search for small or mid size orgs like govt or city orgs. They prefer locals and their interview process is little easy going compared to others and a lot of students wont even apply for those roles. So the competition is low and is easier to pass resume screenings. However the main problem is finding those roles. That is how a lot of ppl in my uni landed internships.

Do they sponsor for international students?

Thanks for the itnerary. Me (and my friends) all have different interests. Im interested in falls, one in wildlife and so. We have a basic plan now and are planning to live an hour away from the park for affordable rates. Could you share some must watch places like the old faithful and such?

Suggestions for trip to Yellowstone National Park

Hi! I'll be traveling to Yellowstone National Park from Colorado for a period of two days (Sat, Sun) without including travel. Can you guys suggest some spots, routes or ideas to cover the park. I do not care about covering the entire national park. We want to enjoy the place and have a memorable experience and not rush through the trip.

Getting into DE in the current job marketCareer

Hey everyone.

I am a graduate Data Science Student in the US. Before this I was working as a PySpark developer for about 2 years. I was working mostly in developing data transformation/feature engg utilities and Spark Pipelines, writing custom spark estimators/transformers for a few ML models.

My goal now is to move into core Data Engineering. Right now I am working on a project to get hands-on cloud experience. Given my background, what are the skills other than Python/SQL/Spark, that I should work on to be a strong candidate in the current job market? What specific roles/job desc should I be targetting? Are certifications like GCP Data Engineer/ AWS Data Engineer worth getting?

I am very much interested in this.

As a student, the main resource i find lacking in the internet is a proper cloud based data engineering tutorial/intro. It would be awesome if you could squeeze in that as well.

Nothing Phone (2). Great value for money. The only reason I skipped it is because of the camera system. If camera system is not important for you. You can choose it.

Awesome. Thanks for the recommendation

How is it. Do you face any issues with fingerprint sensor or something like that?

Thanks for the recommendation 👍

Great. Will it go well with the Pixel case, as in will it cause any alignment issues

They haven’t released on for pixel 8. Would you recommend waiting and getting one? Coz for pixel 7 i saw a lot of people recommending whitestone dome

The case mate one? I guess its 24 dollars for a single screen protector. Isn’t that costly? Is that worth it?

My next door people are new to Boulder as well. Ive talked to them about it

Got you. Thanks for giving me an idea

I think ill spend a considerable time outside. I commute to university and job through bus(almost all days in a week). And what kind of shoes should i buy?
