Hi! I'll be traveling to Yellowstone National Park from Colorado for a period of two days (Sat, Sun) without including travel. Can you guys suggest some spots, routes or ideas to cover the park. I do not care about covering the entire national park. We want to enjoy the place and have a memorable experience and not rush through the trip.
You'll be better off just googling something like "best 2 day itinerary Yellowstone" or "best one day in Yellowstone" and review the itineraries that you find.
Yellowstone is huge and you gave no indication of whether you're interested in wildlife, waterfalls, geysers. It'll help if you can get lodging inside the park as you only have two days and you don't want to be rushed - however, lodging reservations for weekends in the summer and fall can fill months to a year in advance
