Ipad Pro with m4 also has the same issue. It was correct on ipad m2 version. Strange.

Where do you store recovery codes for MFA? It looks like these codes have been used.
Poland has wrong representation. Never saw this flavour in PL.
I had exactly the same problem.
What helped for me:
1. Install latest NVIDIA drivers
2. Install latest Windows 11 updates
3. Deleting the "Documents\fifa23" folder
4. Enable Memory Integrity setting
5. Setting SWAP file (page file) to system managed.
6. Removal of inactive (hidden) devices according to the instructions:
set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1

I switched from exactly the same monitor to the OLED. Never go back. :)
Try to invite a user from a different device like iPad or MacBook.
