The only real way to warm up is by yourself off the court with dymanic stretching etc... That is how you prevent injury....
Agree mostly... It is the person and their skill at racquet sports (eye hand coordination) that really matters... Those coming from racquet sports typically do better... If they stop smashing the ball 100 💯 percent of the time!

Yeap.. I grew up playing squash. We were not allowed on the court without eye protection... Same for pb now!

Tennis players are correct to hate the fact that their courts are being taken over by pickleball... Pb is fun but it is really not a serious sport.... So they are pissed.
Then there is the noise.. And no matter what what you say... If you bought a house next to tennis courts (which are quiet) hand now pb is played... You will hate pb as well.Truth hurts.

I've been a business school adjunct for 25 years. It works because it is a side job. I have a full time job in the business world. There is no way I could survive on an Adjunct salary. Most Adjuncts I know are like me.. We teach because we enjoy it.. Not for the money.

Someone should poll Protestors and ask when they actuality voted? Who their local state and federal elected officials are? Do they vote for mayor? Do they actual attend city council meetings? Do they vote in primary elections?
