I found the narrator in Catcher so annoying. so annoying i couldn't finish. the voice is obviously excellent, but i wish there were more characters with dialogue. i couldn't care less what happened to him half-way in.

that dude is so weird. cant stand him.

I've re-written cvs and helped people get jobs. feel free to send to: al arthur @ ymail. com. bear in mind, in the UK, its only partly about performance/capability. you really have to immerse yourself in the lifestyle/culture to progress to your abilities. start watching: It aint half hot mum, Faulty Towers, The Life of Brian, The Two Ronnies, Eastenders, Gogglebox to understand British people.

the market determines the price of labour mate. if there is a lot of labour, then your price goes down. learn something niche.

so i came across wooden heads for my electric toothbrush on amazon. cardboard aint that big a deal. its the plastic that worries me.

The Killing (series) and The Missing (series). Both slow burners but well written.

Psycho. Incendies. Midsommar is Gen Z Wicker Man (1973). Audition (1999). Pixote (1980). Still not recovered from some of these.

i think this is a backwards way of looking at writing. imo you have to start with a story to tell. the story contains characters.

you have to scare yourself

There is high significance to Dont Stop Believing. Chase timed it: 'Just a small town girl', as Carm walks through the door of the diner. She literally took a midnight train going anywhere ie she didnt think what marrying Tony would involve. Dont Stop Believing is about the self deception that is needed to go about living this life.

But she's not a bad person. she's one of the nicest people in the series.

People think that when Jesse confronts Walt about working him, that Walt does a manipulative hug. That's not the case. This is the point that Walt realizes he's done so much harm to Jesse. That hits me hard. (To get this meaning you have to watch Bridge Over the River Kwai -- one of the influences for BB. It tells the story of a man who slowly goes to wrong side without realizing it.)
