As a worm it has insane egg moves, as a beedrill it carries the early game through early evolution, and as a mega it ends lives as if they were processes in the task manager.

I run an adamant mega beedrill|mega lucario as a sweeper, with a jolly doubles partner in meowscarada|cloyster
detect/fell stinger/bone rush/bullet punch
icicle spear/bullet seed/water shuriken/bone rush
Mega Beerio more or less one taps everything at +6 with adaptability technician fell stinger or bullet punch, while Meoyster is a theft and flinch _machine_ with skill link magician.
Jolly makes it basically guaranteed to outspeed, and water shuriken is a priority 20 hit move that does 1 damage each hit cause of soul dew jolly, guaranteeing maximum theft and 99.92% flinch
Not running fell stinger is a shame, mega bee hits +6 so easy
