I’m on day 3 of the patch and am wondering if anyone else did the itch at an accelerated pace. Right now I’m at 21mg/day and I’m supposed to stay at this for four weeks before cutting back to 14 for two weeks then 6 for two weeks. Is there any reason I couldn’t cut back at 2 weeks? I figure it’s gonna suck either way. Fwiw day 3 is a lot better than day 2 lol.
I suggest joining an app where you get daily support and community (I like I Am Sober). Withdrawal really really sucks and it makes sense to need more support especially early on. I’m trying to take it a day at a time. I’m using the patch.
Ultimately you’re gonna have to go through withdrawal and it takes some commitment to get through that. Maybe cut back on nic or amount you vape? Also start tracking your spending on it, that was a huge motivator for me. Good luck!!

Have you talked to your doc? Some ppl do well with a low dose of Wellbutrin. You don’t have to feel so bad. I’m so sorry!

I’m day 4 using the patch and have been a disaster lol. The cravings are better tho. I may bump down a step a few days early to get the worst of the withdrawal over with before a day trip, but otherwise I think I’ll stick to the plan as “prescribed.” Good luck to us both!!
Agree w this, willpower is important but your brain chemistry is going through powerful adjustment and it’s gonna be unpleasant. I’m on day 4… we got this!

I use I Am Sober to track savings. I would vape a Vuse menthol. You can start at 5% then cut back to 2.4%.
