Do the people with tens of thousands of posts on Microsoft/O2/etc. community forums get paid for their support?
There's always a few people replying to every support query with like 10k-100k posts that have "I am not affiliated with X company in any way" in their bio/signature. Are these people getting paid at all, if not why would they do this for free every day for many years instead of letting these huge tech companies offer their own support? Or even apply for a customer service role with that company so they CAN be affiliated?

I have just seen 2 products from the same brand, one was lamb hearts labeled "not suitable for home freezing", the other were ox hearts labeled "suitable for home freezing". What would the difference between these 2 be to make them different?
