You need to contact the City Manager. He gets paid the biggest bucks, and nobody fucks with him/her. I work at a City Hall and whoever you spoke to, is just a horrible horrible person and a waste of taxpayers dollars. It was probably the Director of Parks and Recreation that you spoke with. Those people are jerks.

Windows 11 Enterprise, to Home Swap / HelpOpen | Windows
I just bought a laptop from work, it's been reset to factory, but it comes with an Unactivated windows 11 enterprise. I didn't want this so i purchased windows 11 home from Microsoft website.
I have a product key for that and it doesn't work when i try to enter it.
Microsoft tech support helped me to download the windows 11 install ISO file, which did nothing.
How do I switch this device from Windows 11 enterprise, to Windows 11 home, so i can input my product key and get moving on with my life?
The recommended a "Clean Install" but i know nothing and worry i will brick my computer.
I created a VHD and put the ISO file in it in hopes i could change the boot location to it.. but i don't really know what I am doing i guess.
any ideas and helpful hints?
