I just went through this process last year. If you upgrade, you don’t keep your gold unless you apply for platinum and not upgrade. 125k is decent. Others have gotten 150k but not the norm. If you’re doing an upgrade not a hard pull.

If I can provide an alternative perspective. UIPath is slowing in growth, not innovating as much and is holding on to "strategic partnerships" like Microsoft to stay relevant. The CEO that is leaving was supposed to build on their relationship with SAP and that has gotten to the point where it would be bringing in revenue.

They need to prove themself that they can reach growth numbers again (>30%).

I research this industry and while there has been consolidation, UIPath is losing it's growth momentum.

Feels like they will stay stagnant for a couple of quarters.
