Never been 100% happy with anything i've made but i would love to hear your thoughts:

I love this. Great atmosphere, you're not delusional π Well done!
You're welcome! Just realized you hadn't even asked for feedback so sorry for the unsolicited advice π keep making music and enjoy the process!
Firstly, i've listened to your track and it's not bad but unless it's a genre i'm not familiar with, i would say it lacks a foundation for your melody. The percussion is hardly audible but maybe that was the intention. What are your influences?
I produce many styles but here's a liquid dnb track i've made: https://on.soundcloud.com/WDHKezfEd2oBp91E6
Thanx man! If by lead you mean the first arpeggiated synth: that's Nexus, the other arps are Serum.
I heard some of your tracks and i would work on your sound rather than worrying about views and exposure. I think soundcloud is a better platform than youtube to get started. With soundcloud First Fans at least 100 people would hear your work. Another thing you can do is make a (bootleg) remix of a popular artist you like.
Wow, this sounds perfect to me. Very full and clean mix, solid sub bass. At no point did it feel 'too much at once' to me. Love this!
Aah, i love complextro and you have clearly mastered the genre, sounds pretty Madeon-esque, I love the nudisco part. Clearly a lot of work went into it. I personally like it when some non-electronic samples are combined with the typical complextro synths, but this comment applies to the complextro genre as a whole.
Thank you for listening. I agree with your comment: more variety is needed to keep it interesting. This is often a challenge for me as i suffer from the 'i'll finish this later and start a new project' syndrome.
Nice soothing atmosphere, I agree with NorthBallistics that the percussion should be more prominent, that will give the track more direction and keep the listener's attention.
Started working on this electro house track yesterday. Will be working on the arrangement and mix - all feedback is welcome. https://on.soundcloud.com/YTRWNqBGuBuzvAg1A
I listened again and it's really good, it reminds me of The Advent somehow, who was one of the artists that got me into techno
Hey thank you man! I was actually thinking of it, to add delay on the last two syllables π But i think i'll add some elements on every 16th note and bring more variation in the atmosphere. Thanx for listening!
I think you nailed it. Or to answer your main question: zeker! π
Another slow burning tech house track. I may work on it further, feedback is appreciated!
Hey man, i feel like this track has a lot of potential, i really like the cadence of your drums. I feel like your breaks (like 2:20) sound a little off and empty though. Same for the part from 3:55 with the pitched down vocal: it sounds original but not in a good way but that might just be me. My advice would be to make the track shorter (as you said yourself) and leave out the experimental parts.
Thank you for listening and thinking along. I agree the middle part could use more variation so yes that makee sense!
I made another techno/tech house track:

I'm not too happy about the mix yet, I'd love to hear what you have to say.
First post here: a funky nu-disco track i've made. Feedback is highly appreciated.
Feeling this! Awesome vibe & vocal. As much as i like it, i'm not a fan of the gated synth you're introducing after 4 minutes but that might be my personal preference.
I rarely listen to this style (psytrance?) but I hear the track is well constructed. The mix is well balanced and the structure is good. Maybe you could add some percussion, shakers or some atmospheric pads, but I don't feel like much is needed anymore. Maybe add some crash cymbals too?
Hi! Thanx for listening! If you mean the sub bass, that's serum. I appreciate the comment because i was just listening to your stuff and you seem to be very talented.
First track on this sub, somewhere between techno, tech house and progressive. Would love to hear your thoughts. Feel free to connect with me.
I have these moments too where i have an idea, melody and chord progression in my head and use my phone to record it. In my experience it's not easy to recall that initial feeling or to translate it to music and without technical background it might be hard to do on your own. Maybe a plugin like Scaler 2 or Cthulhu could help you find the chords. They are a great way to find inspiration either way. Good luck!
A song came to me, how do I transcribe it?
