I love cosmo for Acrylics but their pedicures always flake off, even with gel polish. I would stick to First Lady!

My title as an IE is “Continuous Improvement Specialist” - I’m in a warehouse setting so while there is process improvement, it’s not as urgent as a manufacturing setting. I also choose projects that are heavy on the data analysis side, as I prefer desk work as well.

I found that the type of bottle I’m drinking from really makes a difference. Some bottles have lids you have to unscrew, flip open, etc which are essentially just mini obstacles between me and drinking water. I keep a large insulated cup with a straw near me at all times. Especially at my desk & in my car. It doesn’t guarantee that I will drink the water, but it sure makes it a lot more likely.
