Since he has no income do you think he accepts a 10% tithe or is it more?
EDIT: /s since it didn't translate...
It certainly is bold for people to distribute this when one of the alleged people in said video is a lawyer.
Not sure where you heard that, they haven't even had the status conference yet.
It just goes to show how skewed their view of innocent and guilty is.
I’ll always know him as Poopah Troctah thanks to Jen McCabe.
I'm most curious to know what it is that convinced those who are pro-Guilty. I'd love to hear their thoughts on the evidence, how the interpreted all of the witnesses, their thoughts on the FBI experts that they didn't know were FBI experts, etc.
Honestly, if they thought the FBI experts were from an insurance company I can imagine how people would discount their testimony and feel like they are just trying to get the insurance company out of paying out an insurance policy.
What I hate about the "I hit him" allegations - let's just assume those are the exact words that came out of her mouth. 1) She had just allegedly told Jen McCabe that she left JoK at the waterfall, she didn't even remember dropping him off at the Albert's. So we are to assume that she forgot where she dropped him off but then remembered hitting him? 2) We have absolutely no information on the tone of how she said it (i.e. it could be "I hit him?!" versus "I hit him!"). 3) Absolutely nobody at that time considered that an actual, credible confession as KR wasn't detained or arrested and there is no police report indicating it was reported to the police. If it was reported to the police, they clearly didn't consider it credible enough to detain her. 4) JM could have easily, easily planted the idea in Karen's mind that she hit him. Karen was observed on video in a heightened emotional state, safe to say that most of us in a heightened emotional state aren't sitting around thinking things through logically at the same time. Thus if JM says "what if you backed into him?" KR could have then said "oh god, I hit him? I hit him, I hit him, I hit him." Isn't it interesting that there was no questioning on what was said right before KR said "I hit him"? Did she just randomly come out with it with no prompting? In which case, if she truly did kill him and was attempting to hide it, she just suddenly folds and decides to confess at the drop of a hat?
My take: she didn't say "I hit him" at least not as definitive statements indicating she believed she hit him. The most I buy is that she may have said "I hit him? I hit him? I hit him?"
I would be extremely surprised at any RICO case. How and who are you envisioning they would charge with that?
I just started it about a week ago and it lives up to the hype

Logically, yes. But when you factor in emotions it sadly doesn’t always work out that way.
I think flipping people is difficult either way. NG to Guilty means you originally felt like someone deserved freedom and now you're taking it away. But Guilty to NG means you thought someone needed to be punished and now you're letting them go free. Neither is easy if you're strong in your opinions.
😂 This thread keeps coming with the humor we all need
If I'm taking anything away from this trial it's that this isn't the jury to bet on for anything. Talk about keeping us all on our toes.
Agreed. But I think it could be that they're debating a specific point right now that they want to finish before calling it for the weekend. I say it's still a high likelihood that we don't get a verdict today (or at all).
Them continuing until 4:15 leads me to believe that they're either close to a verdict or that they just want to finish up their current topic of discussion before deciding to go home for the weekend.
😂 I needed that. Thank you!!
This is so sad all around. There is no part of a hung jury that's good.
Spinning all day long
Spinning 'till the jury's done
Someone stop me please
Not until I finish this course!
haha the analytical kind of data! No just kidding, ultimately I plan on analyzing data about rates at which people apply to jobs, how application rate differs based on the job function/department, how it fluctuates over time, etc.
I can't spend another day just sitting and waiting for a verdict, so today I'm doing a data analysis course to keep me busy.
Thank you to the jury for helping inspire me to work on my professional development.
I really want to believe this means something but if I'm not mistaken alternates don't get to listen in on deliberations, so unless one of the other jurors is feeding this alternate information then it probably doesn't mean anything.
NAL - sounds like your mom hasn’t been fired as of yet so you wouldn’t have wrongful termination if she isn’t fired.
Second, if her company legitimately thought she was stealing they have the right to fire her.
If she thinks she’s being discriminated against then she needs to get all of her documentation together and see an employment attorney.
Wrongful termination?
