Is cantaloupe and ice cream a normal combo? I’m in the Midwest and never seen it before!

I can't say I'm in the over the knee/thigh high boot trend but I will always love my knee high boots and wear them all the time in the winter.

I’m in semiglutide but several people close to me are on mounjaro. I was embarrassed at the beginning because people were so judgmental. But I’m to a point where I’m I just freaking proud of myself and don’t care that I use a little extra to get where I’m at. Be offended but also be proud of how far you’ve come!

College housing person here and we tell students all the time to check their email for deadlines. So many students missed reapplying for housing because they didn't check their emails and get mad at us. I get email isn't the way of this generation but they have to learn to use it because their work place will use it.

I finally broke a stall today and I’m under 170. That took what seemed like forever!

I definitely understand the concerns. I’ve been on it since November and really had minimal side effects. However, a good friend was on it and it brought on terrible mood swings and fatigue. It really hits everyone so differently.

My three live in are affected. We are doing 30 scheduled office hours and 10 flex hours (to cover duty and night activities). We anticipate normal weeks to be fine but I’m worried about fall training and winter break. Still working through those.

Warm weather: dresses and sandals/wedges. Colorful and fun. My favorite brand for dresses right now is JCrew Factory!

Winter: I do a lot of leggings with tall boots. Or darker dresses with some type of boot. I'll be honest....I will always love a tall boot and don't care if they are out of style!

I can't wear jeans to work so the above are my work outfits inspiration and at night/weekend it is comfy clothes all the way!

Ajovy was much more successful for then botox. Has your insurance approved the Ajovy prescription? It is a hard script to get approved.

I'm struggling with allergies in my eyes and mascara makes it so much worse. I just feel so unpolished with mascara so I got lash extensions and just love them. I always looked polished and put together!

My dad and I went to a wedding together after my mom passed. My crazy aunt asked my other aunt if I was his new girlfriend. This was my mom's sister and everyone avoided her at all costs.

I'm not a polish on my nails girl but my toes are always done. I love love a raspberry pink/red on my toes!

I'm child free by choice but I love my nieces. However, I hate playing with kids and usually hate to touched constantly by kids. It just isn't my thing and I find it exhausting and don't like it. I'm a total introvert and love reading and quiet time. Sounds like your sister is an introvert that is probably very overwhelmed with all the kids. Instead of throwing away your relationship.....have you ever tried to spend 1:1 with her to actually get to know her? Sounds like she has to conform to everyone's likes and dislikes....have any of you tried something she likes?

It's okay that books and quiet time isn't your thing but it is your sister's and you should learn to appreciate that. (My sister loves every kind of sports on TV....I don't watch TV and pretty hate sports. But when we are together....we watch sports because I love her.)

I was so tired of chasing the greys. I last dyed my hair in November 2022. I call my grey hairs....my natural highlights! I'm mostly grey in the front so I actually dig it.

Mine were impacted and I had two dry sockets. 3 weeks after they realized they pulled a muscle in my jaw. It was awful! Plus I was on Vicodin and it make me feel vomit and feel like I was having a heart attack. All around the worst experience!

I’ve had multiple surgeries and wisdom teeth was 8 weeks of per hell for me. Not defending her but it can be really bad.

I love love tall boots…I will never give them up. My favorites are Frye and Bedstu!

I have North Face parka and it is very nice. I also love J.Crew wool coats.

I started on Semiglutide in November and honestly everything has improved. I've lost 60 pounds and i'm so much less tired. Plus I just feel so much better with the bloat gone.
