I swear the regular audio narrator is the MVP. The book isn't exactly high literature and some passages are of... questionable quality. The narrator however is so much into the text that I honestly kept listening just to hear her emotional reactions, and this is like peak audiobook quality for me.
Adebisi and most of the cast of Oz, including prison staff. They're just abhorrent human beings.
Which is why I love that show so much.

Why did I have to scroll down for two minutes to find bsg? That intro was perfect, and I especially loved the little bit afterwards with the drums and teasing clips from the episode.
In my opinion she feels redundant as a character at this point. She had a narrative role (her superpowers wunderwaffe) that she fulfilled in Acowar. Her sacrifice feels meaningless and was an insult to an injury with Rhys getting a similar treatment. Rn it feels like she's still around to sit down in Velaris and say mean things; Nesta could do the same and look prettier.
Też nie piję, po 18-tce przestało smakować. Wszystkie wesela od tego czasu włącznie z moim własnym przeszły bez picia (goście pili moje zdrowie xD). Odwracasz kieliszek do góry dnem i cywilizowani ludzie rozumieją. Nawalonych wujków ignorujesz.
Najlepsza część imprezy dla niepijących i nietańczących jest na ogół przed lokalem, z palaczami. :)
DS9 Far Beyond the Stars. I'm a white Eastern European and that episode made me realize how different racism is/was in the US, and it broke my heart to see Benny's struggle and all the systemic injustice surrounding him. It's been over 15 years and it still haunts me, that's how powerful the message was. In a space opera, of all possible places.
Ja też polecę Sapkowskiego, ale trylogię husycką. Trzeba się nieco wysilić ze względu na liczne naleciałości niemiecko-czeskie, lecz warto pod kątem językowym. Ciekawy eksperyment :).
Z nowszych pozycji już w trzecim kolejnym komentarzu na tym subreddicie polecam Radka Raka. Bywa nierówno, ale bywa też pięknie i naprawdę poetycko.
Też mnie to ostatnio spotkało w tramwaju. Mieszkam przy pętli i średnio chciało mi się czekać pół godziny na kolejny, ale było grubo, kiedy pani spokojnie tłumaczyła swojemu niewidzialnemu przyjacielowi, kogo powinni razem zaje*** i jak.
Same. I love his actor, so while I'm a team black etc., I'm also low-key glad he's been given some material to work with and gets the recognition he deserves.
Ja polecę grupkę na fcb, aktywne czytanie. Siedzi tam większość polskiego parentingowego internetu. W archiwum znajdziesz masę polecanych książek dla takiego wieku i sytuacji, na pewno będzie jeszcze parę postów o konkretnych zainteresowaniach, być może zdjęcia ze środka książek, jeśli mają mieć obrazki. Warto dołączyć nawet na 15 minut. :)

I've been a fan of Shoma since 2017 and it's been, ummm, a ride. From medals in all colours, through a chaotic era, then a career-ending slump, then the pandemic/Oly rollercoaster and that year of W when he only got gold medals. I think Shoma's chaos made me open and accepting to live performances where anything can happen. And meanwhile there was so much blind hate from a very hateful part of the fandom, who, fortunately, seem to no longer be with us.

Moi bombek level 4.5 spędza prawie każde popołudnie z rówieśnikami z przedszkola na jednym z okolicznych placów zabaw. W gorszą pogodę odwiedzamy się w domach. Odkryliśmy z innymi rodzicami z grupy, że bomble najlepiej zmęczą się sobą same, my jesteśmy od podawania jedzenia i pilnowania, żeby się nie skrzywdzili. Przy okazji można pogadać z innymi dorosłymi, a to wartość sama w sobie xD
Pytanie do rodziców - jak w dzisiejszych czasach oprócz żłobka, przedszkola czy szkoły dzieci spędzają czas z rówieśnikami?
