Yes, I guess this is the simple approach, but the problem is that most of the posterior distributions are not even remotely Gaussian, meaning, if I remember correctly, that they are not fully described by second order expectation values. So my point is: is there a way to reverse the problem, going from ‘computing expectations -> doing stuff with the distribution of these expectation values’ to ‘build some kind of joint distribution -> compute expectations from this’. For instance, if I build a joint distribution which is the sum of all probability distributions and then normalise it, is it not somewhat a distribution for an estimator of the mean? Which to me seems more correct that just taking the mean of every single distribution and then computing the mean/median/(whatever I like) of these values.

There are achievements for "win a game with X civ" for every civ in the game, if you already unlocked the Indian victory it has become Hindustanis victory and there is also for Gurjaras, Bengalis and Dravidians. If you cant see all of them maybe your game version has same issue... Right know you should see 191 achievements. Cheers.
