You have a match made in heaven for chicken salad, if you have mayonnaise? I make mine with canned chicken, I’m not sure exactly how to translate that over to cooked meat but here’s my recipe:

Chicken salad

3 12.5oz cans of chicken, drained 1/2 cup mayo (more/less if you prefer) 1/4 cup Kewpie mayo 8 celery ribs, fine square cut 1T Dijon mustard 1/2t Vegeta (optional) Black pepper, white pepper, onion powder, dill, lemon juice to taste 2 dill pickle halves, fine square cut (Claussen)

I’ve heard of thinning out the mayonnaise with white wine (Ina Garten), white wine vinegar, or possibly the dill pickle juice depending on your tastes.

I would cut up the pork chop and simmer it in the beans with onions, that might go really well with Mexican rice.

I am sure you make some very delicious stuff!!

I am a millennial and don’t know how to operate a traditional fire extinguisher, I know the directions are on there but you don’t want to pause and read when something’s going up in flames in the kitchen. I bought an aerosol fire extinguisher for my kitchen, and for the car since you never know.

This, absolutely this but I’d tack on a large electric kettle if you’re not too concerned about adding a thing or two to her collection of things to move when the time comes. It makes life so much easier when you enjoy pasta, tea, steamed vegetables, mashed potatoes etc.

I second the simple salad dressing. Some salt, pepper, lemon juice, a little bit of Parmesan or another shredded cheese etc. are also nice

The Bose 700 has adjustable noise cancellation settings, 1-10 - the defaults are 0, 5, and 10 but I’m sure there’s a way to fully adjust them in the Bose app.

Red light is generally contraindicated for people who take photosensitizing medications. I’m not medically qualified to give advice in any field, but I remember some advice not to shower for at least a couple of hours after doing red light, I’m not sure how or why but the skin is more reactive and can be sensitive in the hours immediately after red light.

I tipped housekeeping at the hotel $200 MXN pesos daily, that would be the equivalent of $12 USD or such. I don’t know what a good polite tip would be, but the housekeepers were very warm and friendly and happy to receive them so I assume that was more than what they usually get.

My advice is bring $200 USD more than what you think you need, get it in pesos $100 MXN bills, and enjoy being generous wherever you go - it really means a lot. My local bank was able to order pesos for me and I skipped out on the highway robbery exchange rates at the airport. One of the best parts of my experience was making a positive impact on the people who helped me.

Kate Somerville makes a good one, it’s not cheap but I have the same sebaceous filaments on my nose and it’s making a difference. I start with a clean dry face, slightly moisten my hands, spread it on relatively thick, and let it sit for 30-40 minutes before washing it off. It’s not fixing everything overnight but definitely a big improvement.

What is it about their posture that over stretches the abdomen?

If you have the hair/skin tone gradient for true laser, not IPL - there is an FDA approved home laser device called the Tria.

You wouldn’t just happen to be an American with an HSA account? Some medical conditions can get you approval to spend the tax free HSA money to pay for a red light

There’s a small amount of yellow mustard powder in many mac and cheese recipes, but it’s generally considered optional even then.

Is Fast Lyte fasting electrolyte powder available on Amazon Canada? It’s well balanced and completely unsweetened, no real sugar no fake sugar nothing. I use it now and then regardless of whether I’m fasting, it keeps away sinusitis headaches in the dry climate where I am.

I converted my sitting desk to a standing desk with just a few things - a very tall vesa mount, a paper organizer that my laptop sits on, and a desk organizer platform that my keyboard sits on now. I don’t use my laptop’s keyboard so I put my mousepad on a clipboard on top of it. You need good orthotic slippers with arch support and an indented heel cup if you’re going to be standing all day IMO.

I’m not very fit just yet, so 10 minutes is plenty to get me winded and sweaty - woo!! It still gets the circulation going even if it doesn’t take a lot of exertion to do the jogging/running.

I don’t have eye bags, somehow - no puffiness at all, just the purple tinged shadows under my eyes. So when I get my circulation going there’s color flushed through my skin and it fixes any stagnation / too translucent skin there.

Run lots of hot water afterwards and you should be fine? The olive oil will only solidify if it’s concentrated instead of diluted with all the water, and only if it’s cold outside.

This — aerobic / cardio type exercise, even if it’s just 15-20min, has done more for my undereyes than any cream or concealer. It keeps your circulation and lymphatic system flowing and healthy. The beneficial compounds in the body are pumping all the way through you and not stagnating anywhere. I think this is part of why a lot of people who continue exercising well into their later decades end up looking youthful for a long time!

The soft skin bit is true, but tie your hair up first if it’s long - if it gets in the milk bath and you’re not on a a hair wash day, it’ll end up smelling like soured milk

Yeah another thing about walking pads, your head is going to be bobbing up and down slightly as you move and if you’re reading text at the same time, it can cause a lot of eye strain over time. I’m a little more fit after buying a tall vesa mount for my desk and a little stand to raise my keyboard, I was able to convert my ordinary desk to a standing desk for fairly cheap

Peter Thomas Roth Firmx peel gel is very nice for taking off the top layer of dry skin, you’ll want to moisturize like crazy afterwards but it’s definitely helped me reverse what initially looked like minor dehydration lines. You look fabulous!!! Good luck
