I typically fly for work once a month and I am usually the only person wearing a mask on the flight. I counted ten people on my flight to Denver. Is it hitting a peak or are people realizing the risks of getting reinfected?
So going back to your previous statement, it’s just finding a solution, minus the together part.
Because they can and find enjoyment in it. If you don’t think it’s a good use of your time, don’t do it.
The “colds” you had after Covid was Covid. The Covid tests are not 100% accurate. In fact most people I know get negative results early in their symptoms.
How does that help the wait staff, cooks, and the restaurant?
Exactly. I’m sick of these posts where one group is a villain. Not all restaurants are trying to stiff you. Stop pitting people against another and find a solution together.
This is probably based on location. I travel for work and see some areas that are packed. Especially in cities like Austin, phoenix, Los Angeles and Denver. I’ve also heard restaurant owners say that delivery service apps have become a larger part of their business so that may be contributing to the availability of tables.
Thanks for not being a spreader! … you know what I mean!
Thank you. I was thinking the same thing. You know he doesn’t tip. Plan accordingly.
Did your doctor or bloodwork reveal anything? What was your blood pressure and ekg?
That’s an interesting point. I was thinking about why we tip a certain group for service but not others. Why don’t we tip the UPS driver? Same with countries. Why tip here and not in other countries? There is a deeper root cause in this problem that no one wants to fix. It’s easier to create conflict between the server and the patron than fix the bigger issue.
I’m seeing the same anti mask movements on a national level that you are mentioning. I fly back tomorrow so we’ll see if it’s similar.
That would surprise me more since most actively sick people I’ve seen at the airport seem to not bother with masks.
Sorry, ten masked passengers. It’s been years since I’ve seen that many.
I read this and realized that her grandpa’s source for media entertainment was free tv, radio, and the newspaper. He didn’t need WiFi, 5G plan, and five streaming subscriptions. I could save some money by dialing these back.
I’m sure it isn’t helping.
Yep. Seeing many people blame the one thing that either prevents or reduces the potency of Covid. Why? Because it’s easier to blame than what is really killing us.
In that scenario, the car maintenance is your tax. And the spark plug doesn’t appreciate in value.
Due to high cost of city services, I see the tax covering the availability of the ambulance instead of the service.
Yeah I remember as a kid getting a cold and losing my sense of smell and partial taste. But I gained them back immediately when I recovered, not a few days after. That sounds more like Covid symptoms.
Taste and smell gone every time I get sick
