Me, because the day he retires will be a day of mourning.

Right? Back in Aberdeen, Washington, he’s known as Mister Small Package!

This just in: He was just doing his Bryan Danielson impression! He’s OK!

There’s a middle ground there, and I think you (and everyone else reading this thread) may be aware of that.

Whitmer would be interesting for sure. She and Newsom are the two I’m expecting — along with Buttigieg — to make a run in 2028.

She’s a Dem who started climbing the political ladder in San Francisco. Doesn’t matter that she’s a career prosecutor — you get those two data points, plus the fact that she’s a black woman (each a strike on their own) and you’re going to get racists and maniacs saying all sorts of silly nonsense to undermine her.

Jesus Mia, you’re not supposed to take “suicide dive” so literally

I think the big change was nerfing damage from the ricochet round, not its recoil

You don’t. You only have to go back 16 years, to about 2008, the worst financial period since the Great Depression.

Just a few: Installed Department of Labor leadership that actually takes action against shitty bosses. Invested in infrastructure across the country, repeatedly attempted to forgive student debt (and created new programs to help people pay off their debts). Lowered the costs of certain insurance/medicare-covered drugs.

I’m not sure what OP’s plan is, but KYY’s plan of “ignore the residents” is pretty terrible.

Suns

You definitely can. I like KD, but that trade will haunt this franchise for a decade if the Suns can’t pull a title out of their ass.

An important thing to note here is that Trump’s administration and campaign has ties with the Center for Immigration Studies, a right-wing think tank whose slogan is “Low Immigration, Pro Immigrant.” (Their homepage currently advertises a book title “OVERRUN,” about immigration, to give you an idea.) A recent CIS report argues that all job growth has gone to “the foreign born” (a recent Trump argument), with another seeking to pin nationwide economic discomfort to immigration.

For decades, CIS has written reports specifically tying Black and Hispanic Americans to low-skill jobs — jobs that immigrants are taking, they argue.

This shouldn’t be a surprise, sure. But Trump is getting his ideas from think-tanks that are specifically trying to foster discord and anti-immigrant sentiment.

You Gotta Beat 'Em, Or You Can't:D-Backs:

Oh, you live in Southern AZ, where the Mexican food is fucking amazing. Yeah, that makes sense. It’s good in Phoenix, excellent further south.

You Gotta Beat 'Em, Or You Can't:D-Backs:

You’re going to some terrible restaurants if you’re calling AZ Mexican food ass-tier. (Unless you like eating ass, which — hey, more power to you.)

God, this is the one thing I want people who constantly whine about the Dems and GOP to realize: if you want a third party, you have to help it grow from the ground up. Voting third party only in the presidential election is a limp, half-assed protest that doesn’t actually help anyone.

Ultimate Spider-Man

Nah. It’s just a general thing: people often don’t look up when they’re in a city. They’re often more focused on the ground or what’s immediately in front of them when walking.
