I have a Hydroflask that is made with similar material I assume. Plastic lid with handle. Going on 5 years strong with it.

And not everything is cheaper at Costco! If you do cost comparison per oz, I’ve found it’s cheaper to buy at Aldi than Costco. Also, if someone is organic in bulk, but standard size is conventional, the conventional is cheaper.

We could all eat the exact same foods, exercise in the exact same way, and still have vastly different bodies. Yes, healthy habits and food contribute to our body type, but so does genetics. I know I will never be a size 2; even if I ate at a caloric deficit my entire life. Being super skinny is not obtainable for me. I aim to be midsize and healthy. I count calories to ensure I am eating less than I expend, but also as a way to make sure I’m getting proper nutrients/macros to keep my body strong, healthy, and prevent future diseases that run in my family.

I’m glad that works for you friend, but it’s not the same for all of us.

They are hilarious! And almost always have the right take!

This! Please don’t throw away food. Give the leftovers to a friend, neighbor, or throw in the freezer. Buy a smaller portion if possible.

This comment should be higher. Don’t customize a house you’re selling, because the new owners will do that anyway.

There is a def a market for it! As I’m looking for an e-bike as a 2nd car for my partner and I. You never know who might be looking as well!

Parsley is at the East Lake st location in Minneapolis

Especially if you aren’t doing high intensity exercise regularly, you don’t need to eat a grain at every meal. Swap that grain for a vegetable, and you might see some things start to shift.

It’s moving and shaking like it’s in the club!

Dang! I live in the Midwest and have never gotten that ad before. However, I get a lot of “Discover Wisconsin.” I have discovered it. I know it’s there. I’m good on this side of the Mississippi.

Last week’s episode of “The Read” did

They have a bulk package on their website in one flavor. But I’d be paying $1.25 for a serving vs .50 for a serving, and it’s still in a plastic container, just larger. I’m doing my best.

Yes! I have a POTS adjacent condition where I need daily electrolytes to avoid getting dizzy or even vertigo. I’ve tried the bulk containers of Ultima and tried making my own mix, but they don’t work as well as Nuun tablets or LMNT for whatever reason. I’m trying my best out here, but I’ll do what I gotta do to manage my autoimmune symptoms.

We are at the same top 10 and I’m a remote whose status is being revoked.

Could you tell my top 10 company to do the same? Lol. RTO at least 3 days a week is this summer and no one is happy about it.

Baker’s Wife does a lovely croissant breakfast sandwich that is unbelievable

Food was great, but I didn’t realize who the owner was until I looked him up just now. I worked at a former food establishment he owned 10 years ago and he was a terrible manager and human being in general. He treated us horribly, and we pretty much all quit. Treat your employees well if you want to stay in business.

River Bottoms is the absolute flattest. I’d definitely start there and if that feels ok, try Xcel, Green loop at Elm, green loop at Carver, green loop at Salem Hills, green loop at Monarch and Lake Rebecca are all some of the flattest trails in the metro.
