It is tough to see all the shows this season.

Of the ones not listed now Suffs notebook wiz and Illinois pop up from time to time.

Tdf is good because it is a set price and you don’t have to wait in line, just show up and get the ticket. It is good for less popular shows.

I check a few times a day. Some shows are always there but some go fast. They occasionally send emails of what is available

Plumber song was a parody of two songs in the same album. So was bedrock anthem.

I’m in the same boat, going in late July then November. The two I’m waiting on are outsiders and water for elephants. Those are the two I’m sure will still be open. Oh Mary sold out for the only performance I’m in town for and stereophonic I’m hoping extends or I will prioritize it. Suffs was the best show I’ve seen this spring so I would also prioritize that.

  1. Carrie. Not his best story, but gave birth to his career.

  2. The shining. His first ghost story

  3. Stand. His first epic. Most interesting behind the scenes story.

  4. The green mile. King said, “let’s try a serialized novel”. Hit it out of the park. Wonder if he will do another.

  5. Under the dome. Another amazing epic. Shows the dark side of humanity

  6. 11/22/63. Book had everything. Sci fi, romance, suspense.

  7. Billy summer. Could easily be replaced by a lot of books but wanted to include the best of this decade (so far)

Started seeing shows June of 2019. In 4 seasons I’ve seen 79 shows. Six have been repeats

Seems that shows that are successful are selling there. Water for elephants is on the $2 million club but shows up. Lempika had weeks of tickets available a month before its first preview but I ended up far left in the orchestra. The point of tdf is to fill seats no one else wants. Some shows that’s the good seats sometimes it’s a far seat.

I will say the bigger problem this season is sets creating partial views.

Let me tell you the story of the last housing bubble. I bought a house in June of 2007 for $155k, with a $31k down payment from an inheritance. Got a 7% interest rate. Then my house crashed to $127k (2011 appraised value, May have been lower), basically wiping out my down payment. In 2011 I refinanced at 3.6% and cut 5 years off my mortgage (basically making back my $31k). In august of 2016, my house was still only worth $129k. Today it is up to $250k. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath 1600 square ft in an Ohio suburb. If you buy now make sure you are able to stay in the house you buy for a good while, these prices are crazy. Also pick the right time to refinance cause it’s $5k in fees.

This is what we need. Multi family homes free up things a lot better than single family houses.

Spelling. Even words I know how to spell my brain sometimes messes up. Got laughed at then I spelled sugar with an h on a shopping list

She is currently on the 8th of 10 books in the cormeran strike series. Once that is done who knows what she will write.

Saw it on Broadway, probably the top five least enjoyed shows I’ve seen. It has too many characters and none of them are really developed. I honestly cannot remember a plot. The music is great and I enjoy the soundtrack. I swapped out of that show on my season ticket package.

I got the cassettes for a penny then did return to sender on the ones they mailed me…never got another one.
