Im in a hotel and accidentally got poked with a needle that was hidden inside the toilet paper tube holder. It poked me when I compressed the holder to reinstall the new roll. I immediately flushed out the wound with lots of alcohol and squeezed hard enough so I could bleed out. Can I still risk getting a disease? I notified the hotel clerk and he said he would notify the manager. Should I file a police report in case I get sick?

Food is so fkn good in a lot of places in the Valley. I lose weight when I’m out of town working somewhere in the Midwest or in La. but gain it back quick when at home again.

Update- went to hospital and got bloodwork done as a baseline (HIV, Hep a, b, c). Got tetanus shot, started Pep this morning. Filed a police report in case I get a disease or condition I just tested for. I’ve yet to hear back from hotel manager.

Agreed.. this has taken forever. Another one is in the I-10 area between Baytown and Beaumont. I just drive through there a few days ago and was remembering as far back as 2008(?) that the expansion started. It’s dangerous AF, too.
