Keep in mind this is a bookeeping firm. One of our senior bookkeepers resigned just before the tax season started. Next in line was me. Most of the accounts were transferred to me plus the new complicated ones that I can't anymore keep up. I asked others if they had the same experience and not everyone did especially if there were good systems in place- better distribution of workload. So yeah, I will find those better opportunities because they do exist.

Also pansin ko lang dito, I know super nanghihinayang ang marami dahil 6 digits din to questioning why I chose to give up the job. Trust me, I was not the first and definitely will not be the last.

PS. I was able to bag 6 digits not just once, in fact I have other clients that pay more in terms of per hr rate except they are all PT so not as much as what I earn here. But if the situation stays the same, I rather let this go than go insane over this. So yeah, onto finding those better opportunities with better working environment. They exist and I will be able to find them.

They don't know na mali lang ng zero, baka mapenalize agad clients. Anyway, di naman nila alam and what they know is to judge. So keri. They can do whatever they want. As if naman mababayaran ng 120k yung papasok sa trabaho na literal gusto mo munang sumuka. 🤣

Yep just sent my resignation. Client wants me to reconsider but I made my decision ang mag render na lang. What I meant with to more premium clients is that this would be not the last premium client I will have. Kesa naman ang iattract ko ay lowballer clients. All I am saying is it is not that easy. If you handled eccommerce before with Paypal accounts, you will know why. Hindi ibig sabihin na kapag naubos mo ang 40hrs a week eh kaya mo na ring tapusin lahat ng workload mo. Try that during tax season. If you can automate your processes (which we try using rules), then you do you. If ganun lang kadali di sana malakas turn over ng bookkeepers namin at di rin nagrereklamo mga bookkeepers namin.
