it needs proper cleansing lang sa area na 'yon pero just like what the other redditor said, nagkakaroon ng buildup of oil and other impurities. basically, proper cleansing sa whole face dapat.

Ano po bang habol niyo, 'yon po bang ceramide sa moisturizers or you just want a gel-based moisturizer?

siguro possible, not sure. from my understanding, bpo generates free radicals to kill the bacteria responsible for acne and it makes sense to me that too much of these free radicals mean that this oxidative stress can also cause inflammation and damage to the surrounding skin cells, and as we know, inflammation is a key trigger for hyperpigmentation, which can cause dark spots to appear more pronounced

Generally, an eye cream is not worth it if it's just a shrank version of a basic moisturizer. Worth it ang eye cream if it has active ingredients meant to solve the concern you're trying to tend. You're already using a retinol eye serum, and that should be enough.

ako na naka-backpack as an engineering student kahit naka-boarding house kasi ang mga dala ko:

  • File case (important documents like copy of my birth cert; always ready hahaha)
  • Yellow paper (for emergency purposes lang 'to, i don't take notes kasi)
  • Calculator (if your degree program necessitates it)
  • Ballpen
  • Laptop (kapag may presentation lang, katamad magdala eh)

mga non-related sa acads:

  • Payong
  • Tubigan
  • Face sunscreen
  • Body sunscreen
  • Wipes
  • Tissue
  • Earphones
  • Wallet
  • Coin purse
  • Phone charger (nag-chacharge sa school eh hahaha)

yung tipong mas marami pa pang-self care mo hahahaha

ngumiti nang sobra at magpakalunod sa kilig hahahahahaha (if it was the person i liked as well), pero yung iba na nagkagusto sakin, nag-thank you ako for appreciation and i made it clear na i will not be able to reciprocate such feelings.

Did your skin react badly ba with the axis-y? Kung hindi, baka hindi dahil sa chlorphenesin. It could be due to other ingredients, which will be hard to identify.

Yes, any toner before a retinol is fine as long as there is no heavy active ingredients in the formulation of the products you use before your retinol (e.g. high percentage of AHAs or BHAs).

If your skin type is dry, sandwich method may be helpful. But since it's just a 0.1% retinol, you may omit it if your skin is fine with if your skin is normal, combi, or oily. It honestly depends on how your skin will react to retinol because you can be combi leaning towards oily but you may still need to employ sandwich method if your skin is easily sensitized, things like that.

I like this one for its gentleness but if your preference is something na may bula kahit konti lang, then this is not for you huhu.

bakla daw ba ako kasi laging well-trimmed kuko ko tapos pambabae kamay, like gurl what?//??//?//

Try to see yung ibang skincare products mo ngayon (kahit hindi galing kay ul skin sciences) and see if they have chlorphenesin.

In my case, never nila ako tinanong ngayong college ako pero even if they do, okay lang naman as long as they don't impose anything towards me.

idk kapag nasa phone pero kapag nasa desktop mode, look ka lang sa kanan where you will see Rules, Wiki Links, Theads and Posts Schedule. Along that column, makikita niyo po yung "User Flair," tapat mo lang cursor mo doon sa name mo doon then may lalabas na p'wedeng pindutin to edit it.

Okay, thank you po! If okay lang po, p'wede rin po malaman kung saang medical institution po inyo?

yes po kasi it can target multiple skin concerns while not being as irritative as bpo or retinoids. it can help regulate sebum production, improve overall skin texture and tone, help prevent the formation of new acne lesions and hyperpigmentation spots, and help reduce redness and rosacea.
