Alright so hereโs the deal, my husband and I brined a chuck roast to smoke today but now we are going to have to push pause and smoke it tomorrow. Life can be a b, am I right? Anyway, can we start a marinade now to hold off for tomorrow morning to start smoking it? TIA

Thank you! I actually just did the dang thing yesterday and we team home when we needed to! Lol next time Iโll probably giver a go and let it sit๐ I was worried the salts in the brine would dry the met out if it soaked longer than around 12 hrs! Turns out, itโs done all the time and Iโm just a worry wart๐๐๐ป
Thank you so much! We we ending up throwing on today and adjusting plans around but I am going to keep this in mind for the future! I worried the extra day of brine might have an adverse effect and dry it out
