If she’s from an agency, maybe ask them the scent policy. You can also note your preferences/needs to them. This would be a reasonable accommodation for her to make. There is no “need” for her to wear perfume. There is a need for you (the client) not to be overwhelmed sensory wise. Also, speak to her again as she may have forgotten, or ask that she not wear any until after she has visited you.
