I think she looks lovely as well but this doesn’t at all look like a couture gown or feel particularly elevated. would have thought she would have had her botanical floral brand print reimagined in a more dramatic silk beaded gown situation.

Agree and I really don’t like their new fabrics. I’ve returned everything I’ve tried so far so probably will just pass on this delivery. I also miss their FedEx 2 day ship time. 

Agree it’s gotten too $$ for what it is. Also find the dresses so short.

I wonder why they invested so much in these silly sweaters. No one is coming to HH for a sweater - they are coming for a smocked dress that makes them feel slightly more elevated in their day to day preferably in happy, feminine prints and good fabrics at a sharp ppt

They should go back to where they started and stick with their hero product. They had beautiful fabrics.

This is a little off topic but i reallly wish they would up their game. The taffeta and crepe fabrics they have been using are so scratchy.

I wish them luck. It’s hard to run a business that’s scaled so quickly in todays retail landscape. The consumer is constantly being dazzled by something new on Instagram and there is alot of focus on sustainable fabrics which looks to be the opposite direction they are going in.

I also find how they communicate to their customer odd. They speak to their audience as if they are all ‘besties’ yet they don’t feel the need to explain why their splashy NAP drop never materialized or why their prices are climbing.

I find the level of loyalty to this brand so interesting but I’m also appalled at some of the comments I pass on Instagram in response to product drops such as a ‘OMG FREAKING out, crying, vomiting’ over a simple $150 sundress that’s certainly not revolutionary. Really?

It’s definitely an odd collection. There is one dress that looks child size on a grown woman which was curious. I thought they had done such a good job with the nap dress coordinating with the bedding/bath. Now it looks as though they are looking to mirror fast fashion with the number of drops and categories.

I’m not loving any of it. It’s been done. Also where is the NAP delivery?

I wonder what ended up happening with the NAP x HH collab. So odd the entire brand disappeared from the NAP site. They had 4 skus live and now 0.

For the perceived value of HH dresses it’s a little much. It also feels so specific.

I have a sneaking suspicion this is a customs exam hold which unfortunately happens from time to time when receiving in large shipments from overseas. Product can sit as long as 4 weeks and you do not get much insight into when it will be released. Typically you have a broker working on this in the background. Once it’s released from customs it still needs to arrive at the warehouse and then turned around to the customer. Sometimes companies ship directly to the retailer which helps speed things up. This is just my guess.
